The room has the best location in the apartment because it is separated from all rooms, bathrooms and the living room centrally placed to the hallway.
Both windows are located on the south side, i.e. you have all day over natural light.
The entire apartment, also the room, has high ceilings, which I personally find very good :)

I'd like to leave the bed for 300€. (We can still negotiate the price).
The bed is a MALM bed of Ikea with dimensions 160cm x 200cm, and has 4 large bed boxes (Matratze is of course with it).

Our apartment is located in Schweiggerstraße in the immediate vicinity of Tram Station Harsdörfer Platz.
You don't need a 2min walk. There are also no 15 minutes to walk to the main railway station :)

Possibilities for shopping are also around the corner. To Norma it's 3min if you prefer Rewe, you just have to go on a hairdresser, then you're here. Hairdresser is also a keyword, because there is a very big offer with us. Döner, Çiğ juices, bakeries, oriental foods and a DHL kiosk are all within a few minutes.
Also a playground with park, table tennis table and basketball basket, as well as a small football field is also nearby.

To get to the city centre, you only have to get to the tram at the Schweiggerstraße or you drive by metro from the Aufseßplatz. A horseman, a big rewe and a Woolworth :)

I'll introduce you to us all.

Korbi, the wisest of all of us, is 30 years old, writes his bachelor's thesis and is known to feed almost only on pasta with green pesto. He lives the longest of us in the WG, and has therefore seen all members come and go. If you have any questions in life, just ask Korbi:)

Pauli is 25 and is about to write her master thesis. So Pauli and Korbi share their fate in writing long texts.
In addition to homeworkouts and cooking, Pauli loves playing volleyball. But also at bouldering, it is right at the start. Expectedly, Pauli will go out next year to move with her friend to Würzburg.

Zoe is the latest in our WG. She is 24 and also makes her master, but has not yet to write:)
Zoe likes to cook.

I, Max and just got 20 fresh, am the one who pulls out.
I will travel for the first time from January and will most likely start training next year.
To get to know so much about me, there is nothing to do with you;)

Our WG life is very relaxed, that is, there are sometimes WG evenings where we cook, paint bowls or play darts. From time to time there is also a beer pog tournament and sometimes I can steal our switch to my brother so that we can play in the WG Mario Kart.
