The room is located at the end to the left of the hall, to which all rooms are adjacent. Right next to that is the bathroom. But don't worry: you don't hear anything if you want to sleep. The room is quite bright, as two large windows border the street. There is also little noise pollution from here, as it is a quiet side street. The room offers enough space and has a laminate floor. Electric roller blinds are available. In addition, the ceilings are typical of old construction.
Your room is not furnished. Therefore, in your 15sm great paradise, you have a lot of possibilities to put all your wishes into action!
The location is ABSOLUT TOP. The U Bahn stop Schoppershof (U2) is located right in front of the front door, there is also a bus stop around the corner. Due to the good connection you can be fixed at the university (TH, WiSo, EWF) or in the city centre and reach the rest of Nuremberg easily.
In the area are various shopping facilities (e.g. the Mercado shopping centre) and culinary delights, the surrounding area also offers plenty.
Parking is also quite easy as ever.
The city park is directly around the corner and the Wöhrder Lake is also within walking distance.

we are the fairhouse crew.
Laurin (22/w/Physio), Dani (29/m/education) and Johanna (24/w/ergotherapy). Johanna is the sub-rent of Miri (22/w/BWL) until the end of July 25 and holds her practical semester in Leipzig.
We are very open, always there for each other and like to laugh or talk to each other.
We are interested in many sports (paddle tennis, swimming, volleyball, football, ice hockey, football, winter sports,...), are happy to cook/bake in the fresh air, spend a lot of time with friends and have many more interests to offer.
You will find great connections and you can also join companies such as stadium visits, barbecue/film/game evenings with friends, sports sessions, pub evenings, theatre/musical visits and extended chill-days on the Wöhrder Wiese or on balconies.
Even if the room doors are closed, you can knock at any time and still often spontaneously spend a great time together.
Our place-to-be is the kitchen. Here our WG socialising takes place. Since we are all either working or in school, you can usually only see yourself in the evening. Even if we're not a party-WG, you can naturally invite your crew to (strained!) annealing or to cozy evenings. After long working days we like to spend time together, which usually happens spontaneously. The occasional play and cooking evenings also fluctuate in extended talks about God and the world:D
But it's also completely okay if you need your rest and take it back.
To make everyone feel comfortable in the apartment, there is a cleaning plan for the common rooms (all half as wild).
What you should bring: openness, humour, spontaneity and, above all, desire for a common WG life.

In the rent of 392€ all costs such as WLan, Electricity, Gas, Water etc are included. The deposit of 455,50€ is paid to the pre-rent.
The apartment is fully equipped in the common rooms (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, oven/stove, freezer, beverage fridge, microwave).
We also have a beer-pong table that gives Laurin an attraction to friendly WGs.
You only need the entire basic equipment for your own room, as the renter will empty his room.
The backyard can be used by all in the house, here bicycles can also be parked in a relaxed manner.
NOTE: Due to Christmas holidays, visits are only possible from January 2025, but both online and live.
