The Wöhrder meadow is less than 10 minutes walk. It also drives a bus, the stop is almost directly around the corner. The main railway station or the Dürrenhif stop is also within a 20-minute walk.
Generally, from here you are quickly in town or green.

Supermarkets like Rewe, Penny, Ebl, Denns and Edeka are just a few minutes away in all directions.

Since the house is in a side street, you hardly get anything from the road.

Zur Wöhrder Wiese sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es fährt auch ein Bus, die Haltestelle ist quasi direkt ums Eck. Auch der Hauptbahnhof oder die Haltestelle Dürrenhif ist in unter 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Generell ist man von hier schnell in der Stadt oder im Grünen.

Da das Haus in einer Seitenstraße liegt, bekommt man vom Straßenverkehr kaum was mit.

I work as a book dealer in a small bookstore in Roth. So if you need reading material, I'd like to be your point of contact. In addition to hiking, boulders and cycling, I am also able to find my computer at the zoos. Films and series I like to watch and enjoy future film evenings and series marathons. I am a sociable person who likes to do something and is inspiring for various activities. Need a quiet minute for me, too. :D

I am studying IB at TH and then writing my Bachelor thesis next semester with focus on marketing. In addition, I work as a marketing student and hope to be accepted after my studies 😌
I do sports, current are Muay Thai, Gym and Yoga in focus. I also cook a lot and like, especially so Asian Bowls 🤤
I am also a sociable person, I am always to have a chat in the kitchen, but I am also usually a little planned for why I sometimes have to keep it shorter:)
I also like to travel, next is Italy for a weekend. I look forward to meeting you

In the house where our apartment is located, there are mainly WGs with predominantly young students or employees. All are very touchy and there is always someone for joint ventures or simply a cozy meeting in the seating group in the courtyard. So if you should be new in Nuremberg, you can quickly find a connection here. :

Ich arbeite als Buchhändler in einer kleinen Buchhandlung in Roth. Also falls du mal Lesestoff brauchst, bin ich gerne deine Anlaufstelle. Neben Wandern, Bouldern und Radfahren bin ich auch ab und an meinem Computer beim Zocken zu finden. Filme und Serien schaue ich gerne und freu mich über zukünftige Filmabende und Serien-Marathons. Ich bin ein geselliger Mensch, der gerne was unternimmt und für verschiedene Unternehmungen zu begeistern ist. Brauch aber auch mal eine ruhige Minute für mich. :D

Ich studiere IB an der TH und schreibe dann im kommenden Semester meine Bachelorarbeit mit Fokus auf Marketing. Zusätzlich dazu arbeite ich als Marketing Werkstudentin und hoffe da dann nach meinem Studium übernommen zu werden 😌
Ich mache Sport, aktuelle sind Muay Thai, Gym und Yoga im Fokus. Ich koche auch sehr viel und gerne, especially so Asiatische Bowls 🤤
Ich bin auch ein geselliger Mensch, bin immer für ein Plaudern in der Küche zu haben, bin aber auch meist etwas verplant weshalb ich’s manchmal kürzer halten muss :)
Außerdem reise ich sehr gerne, als Nächstes steht Italien für ein Wochenende an. Ich freue mich dich kennenzulernen 🫶🏻

Im Haus, in dem sich unsere Wohnung befindet, sind hauptsächlich WGs mit überwiegend jungen Studierenden oder Arbeitnehmenden. Alle sind sehr kontaktfreudig und es findet sich immer jemand für gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder einfach ein gemütliches Beisammensein in der Sitzgruppe im Innenhof. Wenn du also neu in Nürnberg sein solltest, kannst du hier auch schnell Anschluss finden. :)
