In the 12m2 room was built a high bed and there is also room for other things. The room is towards the courtyard and offers more tranquility. These are currently old unspectacular BIlders from the room but they only serve to make themselves a BIld. You can get some out of the small room :)

The apartment is located on the edge of the Stadteil Gostenhof and has a very good transport connection. :
The metro Maximilianstraße and the buses may be 5 minutes.
The A73 is also in the immediate vicinity. By bike you are in about 10 minutes in the old town, walking about 20-30min, with the subway 5min. Right in the area is the Pegnitzwiese, where you can relax and exercise. <=3
The shopping facilities are also available with large supermarkets, such as Lidl around the corner, Aldi, Kaufland (including Rossmann, Takko, 1€ Shop, ...), and towards Nordbahnhof the Rewe.
Not far away and ingenious: Sparkasse, Bäcker, Apotheke, Post (DHL, Hermes, DPD), Dönerladen. In the Gostenhof district there are also many small bars and cafes with beautiful ambience, as well as other culinary offers. Not far from the Ubahn Station Muggenhof there is Mcfit and e.g. DM.
Hi. We just want a cozy quiet life here, everyone can live more for themselves but still be friendly and pay attention to the WG. Commuters are also welcome :)
In short, my everyday life consists, apart from work as a physiotherapist at present, among other things, of beautiful amusing, creative or chilling days with others or with me, including regularly sports (force training, yoga, ...), or all kinds of series and games (I'm a lot of PC games, but also board games, such as kniffel. xD) My interest also ranges from various events such as concerts or good music, cooking!, martial art, larp, until photography/art, to outdoor foot or tramps, until psychological reflected content... ^^ I like it uncomplicated and open, function rather introverted/ambivert. I would like to enjoy life for this reason I also try to make sure to take care of it and not lose sight of what pleases and relaxes, love cats or animals in general...
I would really appreciate a good sense of order and cleanliness, or that one pays attention to the common spaces and does something by itself:]. Chaos or similar is stressing and burdening me with time.
The tendency to make and maintain the WG or its environment cozy or aesthetic is welcome :) 🌱🌿 There is a small balcony that I like to plant and bring to flowering.
Nicole is also freshly moved in here and has made it quite beautiful in her room :)
She feeds vegan and I vegetarian or pescetaric. If you want to eat meat, it's okay, but it's best if your diet is similar and you're not a carnivore. ANNEX
Our sleeping habits are also a little different, but it works: you earlier from 22 approx. 23 o'clock, I usually stay up 1-2 hours longer, but depending on my working time. Therefore, a little more rest in the period would be important. (:
To the apartment:
The kitchen offers something you need for everyday life like microwave, toaster. There is also a small sweet balcony with a net facing courtyard where you can enjoy any weather. There is also a basement compartment with space to store things. The small bathroom (without window) has a bathtub - here is also the washing machine (new - with detachment). The toilet is separate, with window.
There is also the courtyard where you can park your bike and find the garbage cans.
No elevator. No living room. No dishwasher. ^^ And I may consider adopting a cat(s) :>
Also good to know: There are several WGs in our floor with loving people and own WA group. : There was a domestic flea market, which was pretty.
Also in the stairwell on the first window bench, things are laid down to give away.
