The apartment is located on the edge of the town of Gostenhof and has a very good transport connection.:)
To the U-Bahn Maximilianstraße and to the buses it is perhaps 3-5 minutes.
The A73 is also in the immediate vicinity. By bike you can be in the old town in about 10 minutes, on foot about 20-30 minutes, by metro 5min. Directly in the area is the Pegnitzwiese, on which you can beat wheels or laziness. < 3 Here, for example, there is the bridge festival every year.

The shopping options are also available with large supermarkets in running distance, such as Lidl here around the corner, Aldi, Kaufland (including Rossmann, Takko, 1 €Shop,...), and towards the north station the Rewe.
Also not far away and brilliant: savings bank, baker, pharmacy, post office (DHL, Hermes, DPD), döner shop. In the Gostenhof district there are also many small bars and cafes with a beautiful ambience, as well as other culinary services. Not far from the Ubahn Station Muggenhof there are still Mcfit and e.g. DM.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand vom Stadteil Gostenhof und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. :)

Auch die A73 befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt, zu Fuß etwa 20-30min, mit der Ubahn 5min. Direkt in der Umgebung befindet sich die Pegnitzwiese, auf der man Räder schlagen oder Faulenzen kann. <3 Hier gibt es z.b. jährlich das Brückenfestival.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit großen Supermärkten in Laufweite auch gegeben wie z.B. Lidl hier ums Eck, Aldi, Kaufland (inkl. Rossmann, Takko, 1€ Shop, ...), und Richtung Nordbahnhof den Rewe.
Auch nicht weit weg und genial: Sparkasse, Bäcker, Apotheke, Post (DHL, Hermes, DPD), Dönerladen. Im Stadtteil Gostenhof befinden sich außerdem viele kleine Bars und Cafes mit schönem Ambiente, sowie weitere kulinarische Angebote. Nicht weit bei der Ubahn Station Muggenhof gibt es noch Mcfit und z.B. DM.

We would like to have a comfortable and quiet life here in our WG, everyone can live here more for themselves without having to do something together, but still be friendly and especially pay attention to the WG. We are not, however, a purely purpose-WG and open to which friendships including companies can arise in a natural way over time - or just less. At the moment, we do more spontaneously what fits with each other and talk and share something from our lives, otherwise everyone already has their daily plan and is for themselves. "Everything can, nothing has to" as you say.
Commuters are also welcome:) It would be okay for the moment. We are not a loud (party) WG and a complete non-smoking household! Community

My (Cristiana / Crissi) everyday life, apart from the work as a physiotherapist at the moment, consists, among other things, of beautiful amusing, creative or childish days with others or with myself, including regular sports (strength training, yoga / movement, martial arts, etc.), or all kinds of series and games (I chocke a lot, on the PC. Even board games, like Kniffel xD) My interest also ranges from various events such as concerts or good music, I like to cook (and also like to watch cooking series; D), for example, Larp (the community, the fantasy world), to photography / art < 3, to outdoor fun (hiking, camping) and well-psychological reflected content... ^ ^ I like it uncomplicated and open, I'm rather an introvert person and I like it for me.;) I want to enjoy life, which is why I'm also trying to keep an eye on it and not to lose sight of it, which makes you happy and relaxed. I also love cats or just animals and I'm quite natural.

I or rather We would really appreciate a sense of order and cleanliness. That of course you pay attention to the common areas and do something of your own, without cleaning up after the other. Chaos or the like stress and strain me personally with time. The tendency to maintain the WG or its environment is important, as well as the willingness and communication.
There is also a small balcony that I like to plant, with flowers, herbs, berries or vegetables. ↔ < 3

Nicole is also fresh here last October and has made it quite nice in her room, it is also full of plants.:) She is adventurous and likes to plan a small trip (even by hitchhiker or by bike) where (e.g. China) or is out, currently doing Aikido, like to dance, to learn her instruments or to make something. She starts a new career and starts her physio training this autumn.
She feeds vegan and I vegetarian or pescetal. If you want to eat meat, that's fine, but it would be best to say that your diet is similar or at least vegetarian. (or at least you are mostly not a carnivore.: >)

! We share some things in the kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery,...), and some things should be taken care of (pan..), as we also like to use our own things. (also own washing powder currently)

To the apartment:
The kitchen offers so many things you need for daily life, such as microwave, toaster. There is also a small sweet balcony with a net direction courtyard where you can enjoy any weather. A basement compartment with space to store things is also available. The small bathroom (without window) has a bath - here is also the washing machine (new - with replacements). The toilet is separate, with a window.
There is also the courtyard where you can turn off your bike and find the garbage cans.

No lift. No living room. No dishwasher. ^ ^

Wir möchten in unserer WG hier ein gemütliches ruhiges Leben🌼, jeder kann hier mehr für sich leben ohne Druck etwas zusammen machen zu müssen, aber dennoch freundschaftlich gesinnt sein und vor allem auch auf die WG zu achten. Wir sind dennoch keine reine Zweck-WG und offen dafür welche Freundschaften inkl Unternehmungen sich mit der Zeit auf natürliche Weise ergeben können - oder eben weniger.☺️ Wir machen zurzeit eher spontan was miteinander wenns passt und quatschen mal und teilen was aus unserem Leben, ansonsten hat jeder schon auch seinen Tagesplan und ist für sich. "Alles kann, nichts muss" wie man so sagt ^^.
Pendler sind auch willkommen :) Zwischenmiete wäre momentan auch ok. Wir sind keine laute (Party-) WG und ein kompletter Nichtraucherhaushalt! ♡

Mein (Cristiana/Crissi) Alltag besteht, abgesehen von der Arbeit als Physiotherapeutin zurzeit, unter anderem aus schönen amüsanten, kreativen oder chilligen Tagen mit anderen oder mit mir selbst, darunter auch regelmäßig Sport (Krafttraining, Yoga/Bewegung allgm., Kampfkunst, etc), oder allerlei Serien und Games (Ich zocke viel, am PC. Auch mal Brettspiele, wie Kniffel xD) Mein Interesse reicht auch von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen wie Konzerten bzw. guter Musik, ich koche gerne (und sehe auch gerne Kochserien an ;D), mag z.b. Larp (die Community, die Fantasywelt), bis Fotografie/Kunst <3, bis Outdoorfun (Wandern, Campen) und gut psychologischen reflektierten Content... ^^ Ich mag es unkompliziert und offen, bin eher eine introvertiere Person und gerne für mich. ;) Ich möchte das Leben genießen weswegen ich auch versuche darauf zu achten es zu entschleunigen und nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren was einen erfreut und entspannt. Außerdem liebe ich auch Katzen oder einfach Tiere und bin recht naturverbunden.

Ich oder eher Wir, würde einen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit wirklich sehr schätzen. Dass man natürlich auf die Gemeinschaftsräume achtet und von selber mal was tut, ohne nach dem anderen aufzuräumen. Chaos oder ähnliches stresst und belastet mich persönlich mit der Zeit. Die Neigung die WG bzw sein Umfeld gepflegt zu halten ist wichtig, sowie die Bereitschaft und Kommunikation.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon den ich gerne mal bepflanze, mit Blumen, Kräuter, Beeren oder Gemüse. 🌱 <3

Nicole ist hier auch frisch eingezogen letzten Oktober und hat es sich ganz schön gemacht in ihrem Zimmer, es ist auch voller Pflanzen.🌿 :) Sie ist abenteuerlustig und plant gerne mal eine kleine Reise (auch per Anhalter oder mit ihrem Fahrrad) wohin (z.b. China) oder ist draußen unterwegs, macht zurzeit Aikido, geht gerne mal tanzen, lernt ihre Instrumente weiter oder bastelt mal an was. Beruflich startet sie was neues und fängt diesen Herbst mit ihrer Physio Ausbildung an.
Sie ernährt sich vegan und ich vegetarisch bzw pescetarisch. Wenn du einmal Fleisch essen willst ist das in Ordnung, aber optimal wäre es ehrlich gesagt wenn deine Ernährung ähnlich ist bzw mind. vegetarisch. (oder du wenigstens überwiegend kein Karnivore bist. :>)

! Manche Sachen in der Küche teilen wir uns (Töpfe, Teller, Besteck, ...), und um einige müsste man sich selber kümmern (Pfanne..), da wir gerne auch eigene Sachen verwenden. (auch eigenes Waschpulver aktuell)

Zur Wohnung:
Die Küche bietet so einiges was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt wie z.b. Mikrowelle, Toaster. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen süßen Balkon mit Netz richtung Innenhof auf dem man jegliches Wetter genießen kann. Ein Kellerabteil mit Platz um Dinge zwischenzulagern ist auch vorhanden. Das kleine Bad (ohne Fenster) hat eine Badewanne - hier befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine (neu - mit Ablöse). Das Klo ist separat, mit Fenster.
Hinzu kommt der Innenhof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann und die Mülltonnen zu finden sind.

Kein Lift. Kein Wohnzimmer. Keine Spülmaschine. ^^

Also good to know: There are several WGs in our floor with loving people and own WA group. : There was a domestic flea market, which was pretty.
Also in the stairwell on the first window bench, things are laid down to give away.

Auch gut zu wissen: Es gibt mehrere WGs in unserem Stockwerk mit lieben Menschen und eigener WA Gruppe. :) Es gab mal z.b. einen Hausflohmarkt, was ganz schön war.
Des Öfteren auch werden im Treppenhaus auf der ersten Fensterbank Sachen zum Verschenken abgelegt.
