Die gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Räume der WG sind Küche, Bad und WC, Flur und ein Kellerabteil. Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Spül- & Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Da alle Räume Fenster haben, eignet sich die Wohnung gut für Pflanzenliebhaber.

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm als Zweier-WG und hat mit geräumigem Bad und Wohn-Küche alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen im neuen Zuhause braucht.

The room, like the rest of the flat, is located on the top floor. The room is very bright thanks to a large window and has a great view of the garden in the backyard. It is not furnished.

The shared rooms in the flat share are the kitchen, bathroom and WC, hallway and a cellar compartment. Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are available. As all rooms have windows, the flat is ideal for plant lovers.

The flat is very pleasant as a shared flat for two and has everything you need to feel at home in your new home with a spacious bathroom and kitchen-living room.

Lage auf dem Lande: 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten Bushaltestelle und 15 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof entfernt.

- 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zu allen Supermärkten
