Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Gebäudes. Es wurde von einem Haus in ein Gebäude mit 3 Wohnungen umgewandelt. Es handelt sich um eine Familienwohnung neben der WG-Etage. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Abschnitten. Der Bereich, zu dem dieses Zimmer gehört, besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einem Gemeinschaftsbereich und einem Badezimmer. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich verfügt über eine Couch und ist groß genug, um zusätzliche Sachen oder Wäscheständer usw. zu verstauen. Das Zimmer wird mit Möbeln vermietet und verfügt über ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch sowie einen Teppich, wenn Sie ihn behalten möchten. Das Fenster des Zimmers ist nach Norden ausgerichtet.
Die Küche hat alles, aber zusätzlich dazu haben Sie einen sehr großen Gefrierbereich. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Badezimmer mit allem und eine extra Toilette. Die Aufteilung hängt von der Vereinbarung mit den Mitbewohnern ab. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Apartment is at the second floor of the building. It's converted from a house to a 3 apartment building. It is a family apartment besides the WG floor. The apartment consists of two sections. The section that room belongs to has 3 rooms, a communal area and a bathroom. Communal area has a couch and it's large enough to put any extra stuff or for drying racks etc. Room is rented with furniture and it has a bed with mattress, a wardrobe and a work desk also a carpet if you want to keep it. The window of the room is towards north.
Kitchen has everything but in addition to that you will have a very big freezer section. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with everything and an extra toilet. The sharing of it depends on the agreement with flatmates. Washing machine and a dryer rack is available for common use.

Der Ort ist von Parks, Flüssen und Seen umgeben. Der Garten des Palastes befindet sich buchstäblich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ganz in der Nähe der S-Bahn-Station befindet sich ein großer HIT-Markt. Beide sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch Aldi, Lidl, dm und tedi im Südwesten der Wohnung. Neben der S-Bahn ist die Bushaltestelle buchstäblich 4 Minuten entfernt und Sie können Märkte oder den Campus der TUM Garching erreichen. Die Fahrt zum Campus dauert ca. 30 Minuten, auch mit dem gleichen Bus erreichen Sie die U6 Garchinger Station. Da die S1 die Flughafenlinie ist, fährt sie die ganze Nacht.
Place is surrounded by parks, rivers and lakes. The palace's garden is literally right across the road. There is a large HIT market very close to the sbahn station. Both is reachable in 15 on foot. There is also Aldi, lidl, dm and tedi towards the southwest of the apartment. Besides sbahn, bus stop is literally 4 mins away and you can reach to markets or to the TUM Garching campus. Going to campus takes around 30 mins, also by using the same bus you can reach to U6 Garching station. Since S1 is the airport line it runs all night long.
