the flat is located in the Europaallee 1, 65375 Oestrich Winkel,
Europaallee is known as the BEST adress in Oestrich where flats are new as well as close to a lot of other students. Eventhough the flat is always quite even if parties are around.
I am searching for a flat mate for this beatiful flat! It is located 1 min away from the next supermarket, 2 minutes from the ”EBS Burg” and 7 min from the ”EBS schloss”.

Beste Lage in 1 min am Supermarkt, 2 min an der Burg und 7 min am Schloss! Es gibt keine bessere Lage als die von den Wohnungen der Europaallee.
Das einzig halbwegs nähere ist Hattenheim was jedoch weit abgeschieden von Supermärkten und sonstigem liegt. Von dort aus ist die EBS nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen da es auf einem Hügel liegt und Radfahren besonders im Winter nicht machbar ist.
Von der Europaallee ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Burg und kann so dort perfekt kurzzeitig lernen ohne lange fahrtzeiten. Zum Schloss kommt man zu fuß, mit dem Auto, mit dem Fahrad und mit dem Bus. Alles ohne in minuten.
Direkt gegenüber wenn man die Wohnung verlässt liegt der ALDI supermarkt und ebenfalls direkt neben der Europaallee 1 der Parkplatz für Bewohner.
Es wird jeden Mittag meiste selbst gekocht also musst du dir um das keine Sorgen machen ansonsten gibt es natürlich täglich die günstige möglichkeit in der EBS selbst zu Essen. Mitfahr möglichkeit ist natürlich gegeben da ich selbst ein Auto besitze genauso wie man für einander einkaufen kann.
Ihr könnt selbstverständlich mich anrufen oder man trifft sich denn so findet man ambesten herraus ob es funktioniert!
