Ich bin Merthe und suche ab dem 01.04. eine neue Mitbewohner*in. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer offenen und aufgeschlossenen Person. Mir ist ein harmonisches miteinander wichtig und ich lege sehr viel wert auf eine gute Kommunikation und ein Zusammenleben in dem sich beide wohlfühlen. Leider muss meine alte Mitbewohnerin Job bedingt umziehen. Unsere Wohnung ist ungefährt 80-90 m2 groß in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit einem sehr angenehmen Vermieter. Es gibt einen Balkon, der an die Küche angeschlossen ist und nach hinten raus geht, wodurch man da im Frühling und Sommer sehr gut Frühstücken kann :)
Das Zimmer, das frei wird ist ungefähr 15 m2 groß und hat ein schönes großes Fenster. Das Zimmer kann auf Wunsch mit Möbeln ohne Abschlag (!) übernomme werden. (muss aber nicht) Wir haben zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer, dass bei Besuch auch als Gästezimmer dient. Hier haben meine alte Mitbewohnerin und ich auch beide zusätzlich unsere Schreibtische stehen gehabt. (muss natürlich nicht gemacht werden) In der Küche steht eine Waschmaschine sowie ein kleiner Vorratsschrank.

I am Merthe and I am looking for a new roommate from April 1st on. I am looking for an open-minded and nice person. A harmonious being together in the flat is important to me as are good communication and a living situation in which both feel comfortable. Unfortunately, my old roommate has to move for job reasons. Our apartment is about 80-90 m2 in size in an apartment building with a very pleasant landlord. There is a balcony that is connected to the kitchen and goes out to the back, which is great for breakfast in spring and summer :)
The room that is available is about 15 m2 and has a nice big window. The room can be taken over with furniture without any extra costs (!). We also have a living room that can be used as a guest room for visitors. My old flatmate and I also both had our desks here. (doesn't have to be this way) There is a washing machine and a small storage in the kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral max. 10 Minuten laufen von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Marktplatz und dem Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt um die Ecke, auf dem Hinterhof gibt es die Möglichkeit in einem überdachten Bereich sein Fahrrad abzustellen. Die HfG ist 13 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der regionale Wochenmarkt der drei mal die Woche stattfindet liegt ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is very centrally located max. 10 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Marktplatz and Offenbach main station. Shopping facilities are just around the corner, in the backyard there is the possibility to park your bike in a covered area. The HfG is a 13-minute walk away. The regional weekly market, which takes place three times a week, is about 8 minutes away.
Bis jetzt hat sich das WG leben so gestaltet, dass wir uns häufig in der Küche getroffen haben und besonders auch mal Abends zusammen gegessen haben oder im Sommer auch mal früh ins Offenbacher Freibad gelaufen sind. Wir sind manchmal zusammen in Ausstellungen und ins Theater gegangen, gleichzeitig ist es auch völlig ok sich zurückzuziehen oder auch mal sein Ding zu machen :)
Mir ist im Zusammenleben sehr wichtig, dass man offen darüber kommuniziert, wenn einen etwas stört und gemeinsam aktiv das gemeinsame wohnen gestalten und z.b. Momente findet in denen man mal was zusammen macht. Die WG soll keine Zweck WG sein. Persönlich bin ich ein eher ruhiger Mensch, studiere momentan Kunst an der HfG und arbeite in Theaterprojekten. Ich lese gerne, stricke, male, pflanze gerne im Sommer Tomaten auf dem Balkon an und gehe Wandern und Klettern.

So far, life in the shared flat has been organized in such a way that we've often met in the kitchen and have eaten together in the evening or gone to the outdoor pool in the summer. We sometimes went to exhibitions and the theater together, but at the same time it was also completely okay to withdraw or do your own thing :)
When living together, it's very important to me that you communicate openly if something is bothering you and that you actively shape our living situation together and find moments to do things together. Personally, I am a rather quiet person, currently studying art at the HfG and working in theater projects. I like reading, knitting, growing tomatoes on the balcony in summer and going hiking and climbing.
Wir haben einen Keller in denen Sachen gelagert werden können. Unsere Nachber*innen sind nett :)
Eingezogen werden kann ab dem 01.04.
Die Kaution ist 795 € für das Zimmer und 397,5€ Kaution für das Wohnzimmer.
