Ein Blick auf google maps verrät es schon: Die Wohnung punktet mit ihrer hervorragenden Lage. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle "Offenbach Zentrum (Frankfurter Straße)". Zur S-Bahn Station "Offenbach Marktplatz" plane ich persönlich immer 6 Minuten ein (es bleiben immer noch 1-2 Minuten, die man am Bahngleis warten kann). Bis zur Konstablerwache beispielsweise fährt man 11 Minuten. Die S-Bahn Station "Ledermusem" ist auch nicht weit entfernt (ca 10 minuten Fußweg). Und der Offenbacher Bahnhof befindet sich am Ende unserer Straße in etwa 10 Minuten Laufentfernung.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der goldenen Mitte, sodass man sich manchmal vor lauter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten manchmal gar nicht entscheiden kann. In direkter Nähe: Griechische, polnische und türkische Konditorei, unser Blumenladen des Vertrauens, Netto, Penny, Rossmann & DM, C&A, und Bäckerei Eifler, und in Laufnähe von weniger als 10 Minuten: tegut, Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Bäcker Beck, "Soupreme Burger", TK Maxx, Gemüseladen, Cocktail-Bar "Mojo" oder die Sheraton-Hotel-Bar für tolle Drink-Kreationen, der beste Falafel-Laden Offenbachs "Damaskus", und die Pizzeria "La Pineta". Kurzum: Wer Offenbachs Vielfalt schätzen kann, und gerne mittendrin wohnt, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen.

The double room (17 sqm + 20 sqm) offers plenty of space for room-filling hobbies, home office or a separation into working or living and sleeping areas. The “sleeping quarters” of our apartment are all located on the main street, which is why you should have a thick (drum) skin and a benevolent attitude towards Offenbach's street life. When the room is closed, you can create your own quiet oasis of well-being. Both rooms have large sealed window fronts, which means that your room is flooded with sunlight, especially in the morning. If you do want to do without the kiss of the sun, the shutters offer you a high level of sleeping comfort. The apartment stays cool in summer and winter thanks to the 3.40 m-high ceiling.

A glance at google maps reveals it: the apartment scores with its excellent location. The bus stop “Offenbach Zentrum (Frankfurter Straße)” is right outside the front door. I personally always plan 6 minutes to the S-Bahn station “Offenbach Marktplatz” (there are still 1-2 minutes to wait at the train track). The journey to Konstablerwache, for example, takes 11 minutes. The “Ledermusem” S-Bahn station is also not far away (approx. 10 minutes on foot). And the Offenbach train station is at the end of our street, about a 10-minute walk away.

Our apartment is located in the golden center, so sometimes you can't make up your mind because of all the shopping possibilities. In the immediate vicinity: Greek, Polish and Turkish pastry shops, our favorite flower store, Netto, Penny, Rossmann & DM, C&A, and Eifler bakery, and less than a 10-minute walk away: tegut, Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Bäcker Beck, “Soupreme Burger”, TK Maxx, Gemüseladen, cocktail bar “Mojo” or the Sheraton hotel bar for great drink creations, Offenbach's best falafel store “Damaskus”, and the pizzeria “La Pineta”. In short, anyone who appreciates Offenbach's diversity and likes to live in the heart of it will feel right at home here.

Marlene (38) ist Musik-, Pflanzen-, Tier- und Kaffee- liebend und darüber hinaus eine tolle Gesprächspartnerin. Sie arbeitet im Hotel um die Ecke.
Ich (Maika) bin oft liebes- und berufsbedingt im Ausland. Wenn ich mich zuhause auftanke, brauche ich beides gleichermaßen: Regeneration und Action. Ich liebe Pflanzen und Musik und führe lieber deeptalk als smalltalk.

Wir beide schätzen ein harmonisches-, gediegenes-, geselliges WG-Miteinander und fühlen uns in einer aufgeräumten Umgebung am Wohlsten. Die Wohnküche oder den Balkon nutzen wir gern als Treffpunkt. Wir teilen die Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und können uns einzelne Einkaufswünsche "last-minute" zurufen. Außerdem haben wir einen bewährten Putzplan. Wir lieben Um- und Weitsicht, sowie konstruktives- und soziales Miteinander. Wir kochen gern und legen Wert auf qualitativ- hochwertige Lebensmittel. Wir sind nicht dogmatisch, bevorzugen aber -wenn wir eine Wahl haben- eine vegetarische- oder vegane Ernährungsweise.

I (Maika) am often abroad for work and love. When I recharge my batteries at home, I need both in equal measure: Regeneration and action. I love plants and music and prefer deep talk to small talk.

We both appreciate a harmonious, dignified, sociable shared flat and feel most comfortable in a tidy environment. We like to use the kitchen or balcony as a meeting place. We share the food in the fridge and can call out individual shopping requests at the last minute. We also have a tried and tested cleaning plan. We love to think outside the box and to work together constructively and socially. We enjoy cooking and value high-quality food. We are not dogmatic, but if we have a choice, we prefer a vegetarian or vegan diet.
