Das Zimmer ist hell, freundlich und wird möbliert vermietet (Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, kleiner Tisch, Bücherregal). Insgesamt hat das Zimmer sechs Fenster, wovon jeweils drei nach außen und drei zu einem Atrium führen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut isoliert. Küche und Bad wurden neu renoviert und sind mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin zu teilen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Spühlmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
The room is bright and friendly and is rented furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, couch, desk, desk chair, small table, bookshelf). The room has six windows in total, of which three lead to the outside and three lead to an atrium.
The apartment is very spacious and well insulated. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated and are to be shared with another roommate. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem der beliebtesten Stadtteile Offenburg: Dem Rebland. Die Natur liegt direkt vor der Tür und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Joggen, Mountainbiken, Rennradfahren oder Spazieren gehen. Zell-Weierbach als nächstgelegener Ort ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar und verfügt über Restaurants, Bäckerein, Ärzten und einem Supermarkt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Sahlesbach) liegt 120m entfernt und von dort fahren regelmäßig Busse zum Offenburger Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Bahnhof in 15 min erreichbar. Ein Fahrradstellplatz steht zur Verfügung, es gibt aber keinen PKW Stellplatz.

Nature is right on the doorstep and offers a wide range of opportunities for jogging, mountain biking, road cycling or walking. Zell-Weierbach, the nearest town, is a 10-minute walk away and has restaurants, bakeries, doctors and a supermarket. The nearest bus stop (Sahlesbach) is 120m away and there are regular buses to Offenburg train station and the city center. The train station can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. A bicycle parking space is available, but there is no parking space for a car.
