Room facing southeast, good privacy. The room offers a good place to retreat and the morning sun shines beautifully into the room. Of course, the resident is free to design his room as he pleases and privacy is taken into account.

In Olching, Esting; Close to the motorway, bus stop 2 minutes on foot, S-Bahn within walking distance or easily accessible by bike, supermarket 5 minutes on foot, various petrol stations in the immediate vicinity, leisure facilities such as sports clubs, fitness centers, music schools within walking distance or accessible by bike or car. Quiet location in a residential area, detached house, so no restrictions regarding noise protection or similar.

We are 2 working students (civil and industrial engineering) at the Technical University and Technical University of Munich, we do sports, also like to go out (partying, eating, excursions), and are happy about anyone who wants to join our group :) and yes, of course we also occasionally have relaxed house parties or just like to chill in the sun or with Netflix :)

There is always someone available to talk to! In addition, we naturally want you to help shape the shared living space so that we all have a home.

The washing machine and dryer are free to use. In addition to the room, there are also options for storing things in the basement or attic. Exact contract details would be given and additional costs may vary seasonally. There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and there is a beautiful garden and a small balcony. The internet wifi is available with upto 100 Mbit/s.
