Das Zimmer liegt nach Osten mit großen Fenstern im Erdgeschoss einer 4-stöckigen Villa, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird.
Wir sind ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnprojekt, Bewohner*innen 20 Erwachsene 11 Kinder, 1 Hund, 1 Katze. Das Haus ist etwas durch die vier Etagen mit jeweils einem Wg Bereich und einer Einzelwohnung aufgegliedert, aber die Türen der Gemeinschaftsräume sind immer offen für alle. Uns verbindet eine tolerante, offene und ökologische Grundhaltung, wobei wir ein undogmatisch gemischter Haufen sind. Wir üben uns in Selbstreflexion, versuchen achtsam miteinander umzugehen und sind unserer diskriminerenden Sprache und Verhalten auf der Spur. Alle zwei Wochen treffen wir uns zum Plenum und immer mal spontan im ganzen Haus zum gemeinsamen Spielen, saunieren, kochen, essen, yogieren oder spontanen Ausflügen zum Eislaufen oder Schwimmen. Selten sind wir alle gemeinsam auf einem Haufen, aber eigentlich gibt es immer irgendwen, der/die auch Lust hat, was zu rocken.
Wir suchen Menschen, die Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben und sich gerne an unterschiedlichsten Projekten verbindlich beteiligen.
The room is located eastern side (the yellow part on the photos), ground floor of a four story Villa, that we're running as a coop/community.
We're a community project with about 20 adults and 11 kids, a dog and a cat. The house is separated into four levels, each with both separate apartments as well as a shared flat part with shared kitchen etc. The shared rooms are open for all. We're connected by a tolerant, open, ecological attitude, and are a bit of an undogmatic mixed bunch :) We're trying to be attentive and understanding to each other, avoiding discriminating language and behavior. Twice a month we meet for plenum to discuss community topics and of course also spontaneously for cooking, games, sauna, yoga, trips to the lake or canal or our fireplace. It doesn't happen much we're all at the same place, but generally there's always someone around who's up to do stuff.
We're looking for people who are excited to take active part in a community and participate/take responsibility in the plentiful projects we have around our place.
Der Annagarten ist ziemlich ländlich gelegen mit schlechter Busanbindung. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es etwa 20 min (ca. 5 km) bis zum Oranienburger Bahnhof und um sich mit der S-Bahn (alle 20min) oder dem Regio (3 Linien/Stunde nach Gesudnbrunnen/Hbf bzw. Ostkreuz) schnell auf dem Weg nach Berlin zu machen. Je nach Ziel in Berlin sollten aber etwa eine Stunde Wegzeit eingeplant werden.
Unsere Nachbarn sind die Gewächshäuser einer Solawi, von der auch einige Mitbewohnis Gemüse beziehen sowie ein betreutes Wohnen für Menschen mit geistigen Beeinträchtigungen des diakonischen Johannesstifts.
The Annagarten, our House, is located at the edge of town, there's a bus but it's quite useless and you'll need your own transport. It takes about 15-20min by bicycle (about 5km) to S Oranienburg. From there, you have S Bahn (every 20min) and 3 RE/RB (Gesundbrunnen/Hbf, Ostkreuz) connections hourly. Depending on where you need to go in Berlin you'll probably need an hour total.
Our neighbors are fields and green houses that belong to a CSA group, which supply us with fresh produce, and an assisted living home for handicapped people run by Johannesstift.
In der 5-Zimmer-Wohnung wohne ich mit meiner Tochter in zwei Zimmern. Ein anderes Zimmer ist belegt durch jemanden, der die Küche aber nicht mitnutzt. Ein Zimmer wird im Januar frei. Das 5. Zimmer (ca. 18m²) könnte auch frei werden, es wird aktuell als Co-Working Space benutzt, und besitzt eine eigene Tür nach draußen (nach Norden).
Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche (35 m²) mit Esstisch und Sofaecke.

My daughter (3 years old) and I are living in two of the five rooms in the eastern shared flat. Another room is occupied by someone who's mostly using another kitchen upstairs. One room will be free from January 2025. The fifth room (about 18m2) could also be available in the future, it's currently used as a co working space and has a separate door/entrance.
There's a large community kitchen (35m2), with dining table and couch corner.
We're looking forward to new housemates!

Wir bestimmen unsere Mietpreise jedes Jahr neu durch solidarische Bietrunden. Bei Mitbewohniwechsel muss der Betrag, der ausgezogenen Person vorerst übernommen werden bis zur nächsten Bietrunde, wo du dann nach Selbsteinschätzungen deinen Beitrag ausloten sollst. Die Nebenkosten beziehen sich auf die gemeinsame Essenskasse und Gemeinschaftskasse, die auch nach Selbsteinschätzung gezahlt werden können.
Zusätzlich sollte die Bereitschaft bestehen sich mit Genossenschaftsanteilen langfristig finanziell zu beteiligen und diese nach und nach aufzubauen. Start mit 2000€; Ziel: max. 25 000€ pro Person.

We decide on our rent every year through a solidarity model with bidding rounds. When housemates change, you'll start off with the previous person's rent, until next round, where you would then bid based on your own financial situation and abilities. The operating costs contain all utilities, plus we have a common 'basic food' storage, which again, you'll pay based on your financial ability and what you're using.
Additionally, we are a housing co op. For the project to be financially viable, you need to commit to participate in form of coop shares - start out with 2000€ and add more yearly. Again, based on your financial abilities, but the low rent can only work if the majority of people are contributing. In case you are new to the coop model: With those shares you take part in the coop - if you move out, you can terminate them and will get the money back :)
