Cool, dass du vorbeischaust^^. Im Oktober wird eines unserer größten Zimmer frei! Es ist ca. 26 m^2 groß, sehr schön geschnitten und hat einen edlen Parkettfußboden. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert mit einem 1,40 Bett/ Sofa, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, einer Kommode und eine Kleiderstange. Es hat auch ein sehr schönes, großes Fenster - der einzige Nachteil ist allerdings, dass man nur indirektes Licht bekommt, da es nicht direkt nach draußen geht (siehe Fotos^^).
Die WG ist sehr groß mit fast 200 m^2 und hat zwei Bäder. Du würdest das Bad unten mit zwei anderen Personen teilen. Im oberen Teil der Wohnung haben wir, bis auf ein anderes WG- Zimmer, außerdem auch noch ein kleines Bongzimmer mit Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse, auf der man gut zusammen chillen oder auch Partys feiern kann.
Unten befindet sich neben zwei anderen WG-Zimmer natürlich auch noch unsere gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Hey there!
I'm happy you're here^^. We have one of our biggest rooms available from mid October! It's 26 m^2 in size, beautifully shaped with an elegant wooden floor. The room is furnished already with 1,40 bed/ sofa, drawers, a table, a chair and a clothes rack. In addition, it has a pretty, big window - the only downside here is that it only has indirect lighting as it doesn't open to the straight to the outside (see pictures^^).
Our flat is pretty big with almost 200 m^2 and has two bathrooms. You would use the bathroom downstairs with two other persons together. Your room would be in the lower part of the flat, together with two other WG rooms, a big bathroom and our cozy, well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs we have two other WG rooms, a small common room with access to a roof terrace where we like to hang, have BBQs (or parties).
Unsere Lage ist mehr als gut:
Es sind drei verschiedene Supermärkte innerhalb von 5-7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen (Netto sogar in 2), tagsüber ist es ruhig, weil Altstadt und Abends sind die Essens- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten nicht weit!
Außerdem erreicht man die Uni am Schloss sowie den Campus Westerberg innerhalb von 5 bzw 10 min. mit dem Rad und der Bürgerpark ist praktisch nebenan.
Die unmittelbare Nähe vom Altstadtbahnhof und mehreren Bushaltestellen ermöglicht es einem auch, mit den Öffis schnell an sein Ziel zu kommen :)

The flat has a great location:
in the middle of the old part of town the next supermarket and bus stop are a 2 minutes walk away.
Also both locations of the university/hochschule are within a 10 minutes drive by bike!
Unsere WG ist keine Zweck-WG! Wir sind alle sozial und machen gerne was zusammen. Wir freuen uns über jemanden, der offen für andere Menschen in der WG ist und sich nicht nur in seinem Zimmer verkriecht. Aber natürlich geben wir einander auch Freiraum.
Wir versuchen auch immer einen Putzplan zu haben, den wir versuchen zu befolgen, dh es wäre natürlich auch nice wenn du dich daran hältst;)

We look for a social and active person who wants to participate in group activities from time to time and who enjoys to share a flat with 4 other people!
Also, we try to have a regular cleaning scedule; therefore a basic sense of hygene is important to us :)

Julia 26 (Mexican): Hi all, I am in Spain right now for an Erasmus semester but I'm happy to meet you when I am back in February! I am from Mexico and I am quite an active person. Always juggling between work, friends, and sports. I am quite confident you will love the flat and the lovely people who live here :). Right now I am subletting my room to Saba (but she hasn't moved in yet;)
Yannik, 24 (German): Moin! I have been living here in Osnabrück for three years now. I moved here because of my studies in psychology.
In my free time I love listening to music and I’m also active in a collective as a DJ…
So I hope you like techno haha!
Other then that I love all kinds of sports…especially when a ball is involved :D
Last but not least I really enjoy cooking; lately I didn’t cook as much as I would want to but I am hyped to try out some recipes this winter!
Maggie, 23 (German): Hey beautiful people, I‘m Maggie (22) and I study physics at the Uni. I love dancing, yoga, and listening to music and I try to go running regularly. When I have enough money and Uni isn’t killing me I spend much of my time traveling and trying out new things. Cooking is definitely not one of my hobbies but I enjoy doing it with friends (well that sounds a little weird). I love spending time in nature and if the sun is out you won’t find me in the house, no matter what temperature. Looking forward to meeting you😊
Saba, 23 (German): I work in theatre as an actor , in my free time I enjoy Company Coffee and good times :)
You will also live with Francesco, an Italian young professional working for a start-up here in Osna but he's probably leaving for Amsterdam by the end of the year.
