Du bekommst 4 Eigene Räume auf einer eigenen Etage mit eigenem Balkon. Küche und Bad werden geteilt sowie Strom und Internet ebenso monatlich jeder die Hälfte.
Katzen sind erlaubt, Hunde nicht da wir einen dominaten Hund haben und Angst haben der neue könnte das nicht überstehen.
Mit dem Auto ist es am besten und kommst überall hin, Busverkehr findet statt aber da ich Auto fahren kann ich nichts über die Verbindung sagen ob gut oder schlecht. Bis darmstadt sind es mit dem Auto so 20 Minuten.
Ich bin Chris, 26 und männlich.
Ich bin sportlich, gehe gern ins gym und spiele und schaue gern fussball. Habe meine eigenen Räume aber einen offene Tür zu zusammen abhängen.
Die Vermieterin ist relativ jung mit 22 Jahren und locker drauf. Sie ist auch Verständnisvoll und hat ein offenes Ohr. Es ist ein entspanntes Leben hier. Dorfleben eben.
Wenn du Interesse hast, Jemand bist der auch mal beim Haushalt mit anpackt was relativ wenig ist da Bad ubd Küche nicht sonderlich groß sind, dann wird das sicher was.
Wir benötigen deine Schufa (request now) , sollte positiv sein und eine Mieterselbstauskunft die du online finden, ausdrucken und ausfüllen kannst.
