Hallo! Deine zukünftige WG ist ungefähr 16 m2 groß, die Lage ist großartig, weil es einen Supermarkt (Kaufland) auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt und 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof sowie der Bushaltestelle entfernt ist. Wenn du es vorziehst, zu Fuß zu gehen, ist das Stadtzentrum 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist auch gut ausgestattet: Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Badezimmer. Wir haben auch die notwendigen Sachen für die Küche: Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle.
Außerdem ist die WG ziemlich international, deine nächsten Mitbewohnerinnen sind Johanna, Kavin und Aashika, unten kannst du sie ein wenig mehr kennenlernen:
-Ich bin Johanna und ich bin 20 Jahre alt. Ich gehe zur Schule in Schloss Hamborn und mache dort derzeit mein erweitertes Sekundarschulabschlusszertifikat. Meine Hobbys sind Bouldern, Singen, Wandern, Fotografieren, Zeichnen und Malen.
-Ich bin Aashika, 25 Jahre alt und mache meinen Master an der Universität Paderborn. Ich koche auch gerne und male gerne. Außerdem reise ich viel und kann sicherlich Reisetipps geben, die ich gelernt habe.
-Hey, ich bin Kavin, 21, ich studiere Wirtschaft und Informatik. Ich bin freundlich, kontaktfreudig und koche und lese gerne. Mein Lieblingsbuch ist Wie man Freunde gewinnt und Menschen beeinflusst. Ich freue mich darauf, einen freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner zu haben, mit dem ich die Wohnung teilen kann!

Hello! Your future WG is approximately 16 m2, the location is great because there is a a supermarket (Kaufland) just crossing the street and it is located 5 minutes away from the main train station, as well as the bus stop. Additionally, if you prefer walking, the city center is 10 minutes away.
The place is also well equipped: washing machine and drying machine are located in the bathroom. We also have the necessary stuff for the kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave.
Moreover, the WG is pretty international, your next roommates are Johanna, Kavin, and Aashika, below you can meet them a bit more:
-I'm Johanna and I'm 20 years old. I go to school at Schloss Hamborn and I'm currently doing my extended secondary school leaving certificate there. My hobbies are bouldering, singing, hiking, photography, drawing and painting.
- I’m Aashika, 25 years old and I’m doing my master’s degree at the University of Paderborn.
I also love to cook and like to paint. In addition, I am traveling a lot and can certainly share travel tips I’ve learnt.
-Hey, I’m Kavin, 21, I’m a business and informatics student. I'm friendly, outgoing, and enjoy cooking and reading. My favorite book is How to Win Friends and Influence People. I’m looking forward to having a kind and open-minded flatmate to share the apartment with!
