Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer in der Theresienstraße bis zum 1. März (auch bis 1.April möglich). Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und möbliert. Es enthält einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, eine Kommode und ein Bett. Außerdem gibt es einen begehbaren Dachvorsprung vor meinem Fenster, wo man rausgehen, rauchen oder einfach entspannen kann.
Unsere Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) und eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Mixer usw.). Für diese Räume muss weder eine Ablöse noch eine Kaution bezahlt werden.
Besichtigungen sind sowohl online als auch vor Ort möglich!

Hey, I’m subletting my room until March 1st (it’s also possible to stay it until April). The room is super comfy, and you won’t need to buy any extra furniture since I’m leaving them there. The room has a desk, a chair, drawers, and a nice bed. There’s also the option to go outside through my window, where you can sit on the roof, enjoy a cigarette, or just chill while looking at the stars.
As for the apartment, we have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, and a very practical dishwasher), a huge bathroom (with a bathtub and a really useful washing machine), and my favorite part of the house: a really comfy living room, where you can enjoy a good movie with your roommates or friends. Neither the furniture nor a deposit is required for my room (so there’s no additional fee beyond the 390 EUR rent).

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles ist in der Nähe. Zur Uni oder zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man maximal 10 Minuten (je nachdem, wo man Unterricht auf dem Campus hat). Es ist auch in der Nähe der Altstadt und von ZOB.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist sehr unkompliziert und geprägt von guten Gesprächen in der Küche. Wir genießen es, abends Filme zu schauen, zu quatschen oder zusammen etwas zu kochen. Wenn du trotzdem deine Ruhe brauchst, kannst du dich einfach in dein Zimmer zurückziehen.☺️
