In unserer 5er-WG wird ab 1. Dezember 2023 ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kleinstadt Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, die für ihre ca. 25.000 Einwohner einiges zu bieten hat (https://pfaffenhofen.de/artikel/livcom-award-2011).
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, auf Wunsch können aber ein paar wenige Einrichtungsgegenstände (Matratze, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch + Stuhl) zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung ist die Stadt bei Pendlern sehr beleibt. Durch das Deutschlandticket, die relativ günstigen Mietpreise und die Lage zwischen München und Ingolstadt ist das Leben hier erschwinglich.

In unserer WG haben wir viel internationale Erfahrung. Wir hatten bereits Mitbewohner aus den USA, der Ukraine, der Türkei, aus Argentinien und aus Mexiko.

Wir sind nahe am Stadtkern, aber du bist auch sofort draußen in der Natur, wenn du gerne Sport treibst oder eine Auszeit suchst. Die Bahn braucht ca. 30 Minuten nach München, der Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Wohnung entfernt. Es steht zudem ein großer Garten zur Verfügung, in dem wir gerne grillen und auch der Anbau von Gemüse ist möglich.

Die Internetverbindung ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt einen Werkstattkeller für Kunstprojekte oder handwerkliche Tätigkeiten. Vom Erdgeschoss zur Wohnung gibt es einen Aufzug.

Mit uns wohnen auch zwei Katzengeschwister.

There is a room with an ensuite bathroom in our five-person flat to let from December 2023. The flat is located in the small town of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm with a population of around 25,000. Considering its size, our town has a lot to offer and was awarded the prize for the best small town to live in in 2011.

The room is basically unfurnished, but if you wish, we can provide you with some minimal equipment (mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair).

Our city is very popular with commuters thanks to its exemplary public transport system. The "Deutschland-Ticket", relatively moderate rents and the location between Munich and Ingolstadt make living here affordable.

As a shared flat we have a lot of international experience. In the past we have had residents from the USA, Ukraine, Turkey, Argentina and Mexico.

We are not far from the city centre, but you also have the countryside right on your doorstep if you like outdoor sports or need some time off. The train takes about 30 minutes to Munich and the station is about 15 minutes away by bike or bus. There is also a large garden where we enjoy barbecuing or planting vegetables.

Internet access is excellent and there is a workshop in the basement for arts and crafts projects.
The building has a lift. Two cat siblings also live with us.
