Das Zimmer hat reichlich 15 qm ( ca.3,50 m x 4,70 m), 2 Fenster, unter den Fenstern 2 Heizkörper, die beiden Fensterwände haben eine leichte Schräge, Laminatfußboden.
Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 min entfernt, Bahnhof ca. 10-15 min. LIDL, Getränkehandel, Bäcker, OBI und Mc Donalds sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 min) - alle Zeitangaben beziehen sich auf auf "zu Fuß"
Mitbewohner ist ein dualer Student und Familienvater, der immer während des Praktikumstrimesters in der WG ist, in dieser Zeit aber i.d.R. an den Wochenenden zu seiner Familie in die Hauptwohnung fährt.
Während der Woche kann z.B. gemeinsam Abendbrot gegessen werden, je nach Wunsch.
Küche, Bad und Flur werden gemeinsam genutzt, Grundreinlichkeit ist erwünscht.
Im Moment läuft das Praktikum in Pirna nur bis Ende Juli, erst ab 01/2021 wäre wieder Praktikumsphase bis Ende April 2021, bis dahin kannst Du die Wohnung allein nutzen. Angeboten wir hier erst 'mal das Zimmer A, ist aber auch verhandelbar.
Kleiner Vorratsraum halbe Treppe tiefer und ein Keller sind auch vorhanden.
Internetanschluss geht mit dem jetzigen Mieter mit und müsste neu beantragt werden, Basiskosten würden sich geteilt.
