The apartment is fully equipped with a bedroom, an open kitchen-living room, and a third room for you. The two rooftop terraces (north-east and south-west) connect the respective rooms on each side. An additional storage room hosts the washing machine.

It is located in the newly built Brunnen quarter (Brunnenviertel) in the south of Potsdam, in Waldstadt I. The quarter has 12 residential buildings with multiple playgrounds, a number of office buildings, a bakery (open Monday-Sunday, 7am - 5 pm), a kindergarten, and a tennis club with outdoor and indoor courts as well as a restaurant.
The area is well connected with public transport. Two tram lines run towards the intercity every 10 minutes. The tram station is a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. A bus station is also a 10 minutes walk and provides a connection to the idyllic Potsdam Babelsberg. A train station (Potsdam Rehbrücke) is a 10 minutes walk towards the south and provides connections to Berlin twice every hour.
Two smaller supermarkets (EDEKA and Netto) as well as a larger supermarket (Kaufland) with a shopping center are within a 15 minutes walk.
The name Waldstadt refers to the fact that you can reach the forest walking with 15 minutes.

I am looking for some to fill the apartment with life and share the cost. I often work from home and have no regular schedule. You are welcome to spend time together with me and also take care of yourself.
