Es handelt sich um eine Dreizimmer-Eckwohnung im 2. Stock. Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang zum vollständig überdachtem 15qm Balkon. Die Wohnung ist für junge Leute Luxus pur, vor allem für diesen Preis. (Die Wände werden noch renoviert, siehe Fotos.)
Ringsum sind moderne Reihenhäuser im grünen. Außerdem gibt es einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, direkt unter der alten Schellhorner Mühle.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Ess-/Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer halten wir uns meist auf und du darfst dich gerne hinzugesellen, wenn wir da sind (kleiner Bonus für dich). Ich (M21) bin überwiegend bei der Arbeit (Azubi) und meine Mitbewohnerin (18) macht gerade ihr Abitur.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du dich mal meldest und dir die Wohnung mal anschaust. Festes Einkommen ist vorausgesetzt, falls du Schüler/-in bist wird das ja anders gehandhabt (Unterhalt usw.). Schreib uns was zu deiner Person und wir melden uns. 😉 (Gerne auch auf Whatsapp.)
