Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for our spacious and friendly WG in Rohrmoos! We are a 15 minute walk from the Rohrmoos Sbahn station (S2). We also have our own driveway with space for your vehicle.
The available (unfurnished) room is 16.5 m2 and costs 626 euro warm. The deposit is 1631 euro.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and laundry room with washing machine. Your room shares a floor and bathroom with one male roommate.
About your roommates: all of us (3 Female, 22-31, 1 Male 23) are either studying or working (or both). We like to spend time together in the evenings sharing a meal or watching TV (when schedules allow). You would of course be welcome to join these activities, but you are absolutely entitled to your space and can socialize or not as much or little as you like.
We primarily speak English at home. We are immigrant, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent friendly.
