Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist etwas kleiner als das Wohnzimmer und hat ein Fenster mit toller Aussicht über Roth. Es steht bis jetzt noch leer und wird sowie die gesmate Wohnung regelmäßig sauber gehalten. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemeinschaftlich nutzbar und der Balkon ist von aus dort zugänglich.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk mit Balkon und Aussicht auf die Rother Landschaft. Von der Haustür aus sind es nur ein paar Meter bis zum Bahnhof. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Laufdistanz. Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Mein Name ist Leonardo Kayser und ich bin seit zwei Monaten hier eingezogen. In letzter Zeit habe ich mich darum gekümmert, dass für die Wohnung Lichter eingerichtet sind und Möbel für das Wohnzimmer verfügbar sind. Ich lebe mich zurzeit auch erst noch richtig ein aber bin die Meiste Zeit auch in der Arbeit.

Die Küche wurde schon relativ gut mit Utensilien bestückt. Am Selbstkochen habe ich sehr viel Spaß und würde mich freuen, wenn ich mit jemanden die Freude teilen kann.
