Schöne Aussicht auf die Altstadt. Durch den großen Baum hinter dem Haus ist es nicht all zu warm im Sommer. Die Deckenhöhe der Wohnung liegt bei fast 3m, was das Zimmer ebenfalls sehr hell wirken lässt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Rottweil. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar mit dem Fahrrad, Bus oder zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Da in letzter Zeit einige Mitbewohner neu eingezogen sind, würden wir gerne die Chance nutzen, die WG neu zu gestalten, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlt.
Dabei solltest du dich unter anderem bereits mit alltäglichen Aufgaben in einer Wohnung auseinandergesetzt haben, somit wäre eine gewisse Vorerfahrung von Vorteil.
Besichtigungen würden wir gerne Sonntags oder unter der Woche abends machen, da dort die größte Chance besteht, alle Mitbewohner*innen anzutreffen.
