Big room available, preferrably for ERASMUS students.
I'm an ERASMUS student myself and have been living here for the whole winter semester.
The room is very big and comes with a big desk, a wardrobe for all your clothes and a 1.5m bed (big), as well as huge windows so natural light is plentyfull.
The appartment is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, only 10 minutes walk from the main bus/train station and hence the city center, it's a great choice for students as the university is only a 15 min bus ride away.
There is a kitchen with a cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine.
The bathroom comes with a shower and bath.
Overall, it's a very spacious room for the amount of money, very basic but it has everything that a student may need.
There is a supermarket 5min away, while the main station has plenty of bakeries.

Quiet neighbourhood 10min away from the big city.
The football stadium is close, but not enough to hear the noise when matches are played.
There are restaurants 50m away, and most importantly a HERMES packet shop next door where you can pick up packages
Roommates are a mix of russian/german 30-50 year olds.
They are nice but also busy, so you normally won't see them much.
House chores are very light, stick to cleaning behind yourselves and problems will be avoided
