Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht: ein bequemes Bett, eine Sitzecke mit zwei schönen Sesseln und einem kleinen Tisch, viel Stauraum und einem großes Fenster mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das WC ist vom Badezimmer getrennt und es gibt einen Balkon sowie einen Innenhof für Fahrräder. Wir haben ausßerdem ein Wohnzimmer, das wir gerne zum Entspannen, Lernen oder Arbeiten nutzen. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, hat also hohe Decken und Parkettboden.

The room is fully furnished and offers everything you need to feel at home: a cozy bed, a sitting area with two beautiful chairs and a small table, lots of storage room, and a big window with a view over the back yard. The toilet is separated from the bath room, and there is also a balcony as well as a backyard to store our bikes. We also have a living room :) The flat is an Altbau so it has high ceilings and wooden floors.
Wir wohnen am Rande des Nauwieser Viertels, was quasi das Studi-Viertel in Saarbrücken ist. Viele Bars und Kneipen, nette Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Second-Hand- über Plattenläden bis hin zu Charity-Shops findest du hier zu Hauf.
Im Sommer sind die Straßen und Ecken voll mit Leben und jungen Leuten.

We live on the edge of the Nauwieser Viertel, the student district of Saarbrücken. Here, you can find many bars and pubs and also plenty of shopping opportunities, such as record stores and second-hand shops. The area is probably Saarbrücken's liveliest, especially during the summer.
Für uns ist es wichtig, dass die WG ein entspannter Ort ist, an dem wir uns zu Hause fühlen können. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, und verbringen innerhalb und außerhalb der Wohnung gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir sind keine Party-WG aber wir freuen uns immer über Besuch. Allerdings haben wir alle auch unser eigenes Leben, und deshalb nimmt sich jeder von uns auch mal Zeit für sich selbst.
Hier ein bisschen was zu uns:
Anne (32) studiert Geschichte an der UdS und ist immer für ein Glas Cremant und/oder Trash-TV zu haben.
Wenn Erik (25) nicht gerade Medieninformatik studiert, kocht er gerne super leckeres veganes Essen. Er ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener Mensch und hat gerne Freunde zu Besuch.
Jakob (24) studiert an der UDS und ist gerne viel unterwegs, sei es um Freunde in anderen Städten zu besuchen oder um zu Reisen.

For us, it’s important that the WG is a cozy place where we can feel at home. We are definitely not a purpose (“Zweck”) WG, and we enjoy spending time together, both inside and outside of the WG. We´re also not a party WG, but we love to have people over. However, we all have our own lives, and it’s always fine to take some time for yourself.
A little bit about us:
Anne (32) is a history student at the UdS and always down for a glass of cremant and/or watching some trash TV.
When Erik (25) is not busy studying media informatics, he loves to cook very delicious vegan food for/with his friends. He is a outgoing person who loves to have friends over.
Jakob (24) studies at the UdS and loves to be on the road either visiting friends in other cities or travelling.
Zimmer nur zur Zwischenmiete!
Es ist uns wichtig, dass du Englisch sprechen kannst, da Erik aus Norwegen kommt und gerade noch dabei ist Deutsch zu lernen.
Außerdem haben wir uns in der WG dazu entschieden dass uns ein Mindestalter von 24 Jahren und WG-Erfahrung sehr wichtig sind.

NOTE: Only available for a short-term stay. We are also unable to offer any city registration. If you intend to stay in Saarbrücken for some time, and especially if you're coming from abroad, we recommend looking elsewhere.
It is important to us that you can speak English as Erik is still learning German.
Besides that we have decided that a minimum age of 24 and WG experience are also very important to us.
