Hey there!

The room is approximately 18 qm with a big window that overlooks the street, and city registration (Anmeldung) is possible! The flat is part of an original long-term contract that ends on 31.3.2025. This makes it ideal for anyone looking for a temporary place during this period. The flat itself is about 80 qm.

The apartment location couldn’t get any better - you would be 3 minutes away from the hauptbahnhof, the bus stop and the saarbahn stop. To go to the uni, you take the 102, 112 and the 124. Rewe is just 2 minutes away by foot and Aldi and Netto in the city center can be reached within 5 minutes with the Saarbahn or in 15 minutes by foot. The Bürgerpark is right behind the flat and it is a nice walk by the river. The city center is about 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by the saarbahn.

Your flatmates will be Nils and Ulas.

Nils is training to become a teacher and is working towards his degree. He works from home for the moment and is an avid gamer.

Ulas is an Erasmus student studying law at the uni. Heis also an avid gamer. He has been living with us since December.

Since all of us work / study, we don’t usually have much free time but we often hang out in the kitchen to chat about random stuff.

I would be leaving a big durable wardrobe and an L shaped sofa with a bed function for free.
