An apartment with 5 rooms, a common kitchen and a common washroom located on the first floor. The rent includes electricity, heating and water costs. The room consists of a big window, big table, chair, mirror, cupboards, racks, almirah, a wash basin and 2 chairs that I would like to giveaway for free. The kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and an oven. A washing machine is available in the basement and can be accessed by paying a small amount.

This apartment is located in Bruchwiesenanlage 4, which is quite close to the University. There are 3 bus stops near the location with very good frequency of buses to University and other places around the city. The university can be reached in 5 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by walking. The place is quiet and suitable for students studying at the Saarland University.

The flatmates are all university students, quite friendly and ready to help. The flatmates also sometimes cook together and have good conversations.
