Hallo zusammen, ich verlasse mein schönes Zimmer in der Linzer Gasse im nächsten Monat und suche daher ein/e Mieter/in. Das Zimmer ist 23m² groß, Miete ist 460€ (ohne Strom und Internet) mit den 2 ist es ca. 30€ mehr. Kaution ist 1377€ und ich werde einen kleinen Betrag von 300€ für die Möbel verlangen.

-1 sehr großes Sofa
-2 großer Kleiderschrank
-2 kleiner Kleiderschrank

-1 Stuhl
-1 Sofa/Stuhl

Das Zimmer ist in einer WG, die man sich mit einem Mitbewohner aus Deutschland, der Medizin studiert und einem anderen aus Kolumbien, der Musik studiert, (er übt immer zu Hause, also hoffe ich, dass das kein Problem für den Nachmieter ist) teilen muss.

The room's in a WG that you have to share with one guy from Germany who studies medicine and other from Colombia who studies music (he always practice at home, so I hope is not a problem for the next tenant)
