Hi everyone! I’m doing a semester abroad and subrenting my apartment.

📌dates: 24.02-middle July (can be from March too)
📌gender - female only

📌laundry service is available for €16,8/month per 7 washings/drying per month (the washing machines are located in a cellar)

The apartment is located in Sankt Augustin, just 2 minutes away from the HBRS campus.

Within a 2-minute walk, there's a large shopping center, HUMA, which features a variety of stores, including Aldi, Edeka, DM, and a pharmacy. There are also some shops like H&M, New Yorker, Sputnik, etc. It also offers a wide selection of cafés and a food court on the top floor. Right across from HUMA, you'll find a DHL post office and Tedi.

If you want to travel to Bonn, the 66 tram (U-Bahn) station is just an 8-minute walk away. The tram ride to Bonn city center typically takes about 25 minutes.

Travel times by public transport:

- 30 minutes to Cologne-Bonn Airport
- 10 minutes to Siegburg
- 40 minutes to Cologne City
- 1 hour 40 minutes to Düsseldorf

Additionally, LIDL is conveniently located about 7 minutes from the apartment.
