I am offering my south-facing room from around March 31st to approximately September 15th with the possibility of extending the contract with the main landlady - Tanja - and taking over the furniture. The room offers a nice view and gets a lot of sun from morning till the afternoon.
It comes pre-furnished (Ikea) with a bed and mattress (not in the picture), a glass table, a small metal table, drawers, and a big mirror. Furniture rent is included in the price, as well as most side costs* (fast internet, heating, electricity, water).
*if something breaks, the costs are split equally by the tenants or covered by the housing community
Located on Rorschacher Strasse, with a 5-minute walk to Singenberg or Theater bus stations. The University of St.Gallen is less than a kilometre away (around 20 minutes by foot) and accessible by changing a bus in the city centre once.
The WG houses 4 people - Andrej (me), Tjark, Tanja, and Moira. Some of us are students working on the side, while the rest are employed full-time.
Overall, a very chill WG with a flexible cleaning schedule decided upon moving in. The living room, kitchen, two balconies and two bathrooms are shared by the tenants who often cook together or hang out in the living room ;)
