A spacious room in 3 room girls apartment is available from 1.09.24 till 31.01.25. Everything is included gas, water, electricity and internet.
Looking for a girl who stays clean and is ready to buy the room’s furniture. Both the other girls live clean and want to share an apartment with a same person like them. 5 mins far from Campus 3, tegut 3 mins lidl 10 mins far by walk. Bus stand is 2 mins far.
Furniture price is negotiable. Moving in early is also possible.
Rent is 350€ and Kaution is 365- 367€.
