Sehr helles, teilweise möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon und eigenem Bad + WC im zweiten Obergeschoss eines geteilten Hauses. Abstellraum für Fahrrad im Keller vorhanden. Geteilte Küche (ca 7qm) mit Spühlmaschine und Kühlschrank/TK, geteiltes Wohnzimmer (ca 25 qm), geteilte Terasse (ca 16 qm), Waschmaschine, gemeinsam genutzte Treppen. Mitbenutzung von Tellern, Geschirr, Besteck, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ist erwünscht. Bett bzw. ausziehbare Couch nach Absprache möglich.
In Nebenkosten eingeschlossen sind: Warmwasser- und Heizkosten, Strom, Internet, Müllentsorgung, Benutzung der Haushaltsgeräte. Nach Absprache und Aufpreis könnten wir eine Garage zur Verfügung stellen.

Very bright, partially furnished (2 chairs, dresser, two bedside tables, clothes rack, bed upon request), private room with balcony and private bathroom + toilet, on the second floor of a shared house. Storage room for bicycles available in the basement. Shared kitchen (ca. 7 square meters) with fridge and dishwasher, shared living room (ca. 25 square meters), shared terrace (ca. 16 square meters), shared stair case, shared washing machine. Shared use of plates, dishes, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board is desired. Bed or pull-out couch possible upon request.
Additional costs include: hot water and heating costs, electricity, internet, garbage disposal. We could provide a garage after consultation and for an additional charge.
The room is in a single-family house. We are a couple (a narrative designer for video games from the Netherlands and a MA student, social science) who are looking for a friendly roommate who likes cats. We do not expect the cats to be allowed into the rented room.
Ca. 5 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, in 15 Minuten in Feuerbach, in 30 Minuten mit Bus und Bahn in Stuttgart Mitte. Ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt (Lidl) und ca. 8 Minuten zum REWE.
Weiteres im Umkreis von 15 Minuten Fussweg: Hausärzt*innen, Post, Drogeriemarkt (Rossmann), Physiotherapie, Kampf- bzw. Wir sind ein Paar (Narrative Desigener in der Video-Spiele-Branche und Studentin im MA, Sozialwissenschaft, beide 35, sprechen englisch und deutsch), das eine*n freundliche*n Mitbewohner*in sucht, der*die gerne Katzten mag. Wir erwarten nicht, dass die Katzen in das vermietete Zimmer rein dürfen.
Ab und zu ein Brettspiel zusammen zu spielen und sich gegenseitig mit Einkaufen zu unterstützen wäre nice.
