WG-Zimmer am AR Campus

The room is large with an area of ​​22.5 m2, very bright and located on the AR campus between Hölderlin campus and AR campus. It is located in a 3-room shared apartment on the 3rd floor. The bus stops Robert-Schumann-Str. and Albericht-Dürer-Str. are at about 1 min walking distance. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is also a balcony that is in front of the neighboring room (occupied), but its door is this room. In the basement there is a washing machine and a common room for drying laundry.

The rooms were rented by international students, but everyone is welcome.

The warm rent is Eur 380 plus around Eur 60 for electricity, internet and ZDF broadcast fee. There is one month guarantee payement. The wardrobe and the bed, you can buy for a reasonable price.

Das Zimmer ist groß mit einer Fläche von 22,5 m2, sehr hell und liegt auf dem AR-Campus zwischen Hölderlin-Campus und AR-Campus. Es befindet sich in einer 3-Zimmer-WG im 3. OG. Die Bushaltestellen Robert-Schumann-Str. und Albericht-Dürer-Str. sind ca. 1 min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, der vor dem Nachbarzimmer liegt (belegt), dessen Tür aber dieses Zimmer ist. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Gemeinschaftsraum zum Wäschetrocknen.

Die Zimmer wurden von internationalen Studierenden angemietet, aber jeder ist herzlich willkommen.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 380 Euro zzgl. ca. 60 Euro für Strom, Internet und ZDF-Rundfunkbeitrag. Es gibt eine Monatsmiete Kaution.
Den Kleiderschrank und das Bett kannst du günstig dazukaufen.
