Das 14,5 m2 große Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, bietet eine große Stellfläche und ist wie die restliche WG sehr modern. Die Warmmiete beträgt 450 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten. Durch das Fenster hat man einen Blick auf den Gartenanteil der WG, welcher selbstverständlich von allen WG-Bewohnern genutzt werden darf. Bei Bedarf stehen ein Schrank für das Zimmer zur Verfügung. Zudem steht für die WG ein eigener Speicher und Keller bereit. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad und eine Küche, welche als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann.

Von der WG aus hat man einen 5 minütigen Fußweg zu den Berufsschulen und braucht ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Der Bahnhof hat eine sehr gute Verbindung zu den umliegenden Orten, nach Konstanz und in die Schweiz. Die WG befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in welcher viele Familien und ältere Leute wohnen.

Da es sich um einen WG Erstbezug handelt stehen die Mitbewohner noch nicht fest. Es handelt sich um eine 3er Frauen-WG. Bei den vorherigen Mietern handelt es sich um eine dreiköpfige Familie, welche die Wohnung gründlich gepflegt hat, der Zustand ist entsprechend sehr gut.
