Es handelt sich um eine ca. 80 qm Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Wohnzimmer und mein eigenes Schlafzimmer sind komplett eingerichtet. Das dritte Zimmer dient derzeit nur als Abstellraum. Die Einbauküche wurde im Oktober 2016 komplett neu eingebaut. Alles sehr gepflegt. Balkon ist sehr groß und hat auch entsprechende Bestuhlung.
Sie befindet sich direkt am Marktplatz von Sinzig.
Die Wohnung hat 3 ZKDB. Wobei das 2. Schlafzimmer etwas kleiner wodurch natürlich auch die Miete für dich kleiner ausfällt ;) Sowohl in Küche, als auch im Wohnzimmer kann man sich gemütlich hinsetzen. Ich bin Vollzeit am Arbeiten, suche aber eine/n Mitbewohner/in mit der/dem man gelegentlich etwas unternehmen kann. Man kann sich natürlich auch mal einfach Abends gemütlich auf die Couch setzen. In der Wohnung ist auch eine Katze, die sehr verschmust ist.
der WG Mitbewohner muss nur ca. 250€ zahlen !!!
