Das Zimmer ist ca 15 m2 groß und ist teilmöbliert (Kein Bett vorhanden). Das Zimmer liegt im Obgerschoss und hat ein Fenster. Im Obergeschoss ist außerdem ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und das Zimmer deiner Mitbewohnerin.
Im EG befinden sich ein großes Bad, Wohnzimmer und moderne Küche.
Spül-&Waschmaschine vorhanden. Zur Lagerung teilen wir uns ebenfalls einen Gewölbekeller und Dachboden.
Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten dazu, im Winter wechseln wir uns mit Räumen, im Sommer mit Rasen mähen ab.
Zentrale Lage in Stamsried, Marktplatz & Freibad in unter 5 Min. Zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nach Cham ca 15 Minuten, nach Roding, Rötz und Neunburg vorm wald ca 10 Minuten.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg. Wir organisieren gerne Spieleabende und "gemütliche" Abende mit Freunden. In der gut ausgestattetende Küche kochen wir oft zusammen, ist aber kein Muss.
Berufstätige bis 35 bevorzugt.
Im Haus wohnt außerdem eine Katze, die gerne das einzige Haustier bleiben möchte.
