Ich bin gerade auf der Suche nach einen neuen Mitbewohner*In
Frei ist ein Zimmer, das für 300€ KALT vermietet wird. Nebenkosten zahlen wir aktuell 100€ pro Person, das schließt Gas, Wasser, Strom, W-Lan und die GEZ mit ein. Der Gas- und Wasservertrag läuft über den Vermieter, um den Rest kümmern wir uns selbst, daher wäre es wichtig, dass du bereit bist, dabei auch Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Da die Wohnung allerdings erst seit diesem Jahr bewohnt wird, kann sich das mit der ersten Abrechnung im Januar natürlich noch ändern. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber ich kann ein paar Möbel dalassen.
Die Küche ist groß mit einem Esstisch, das Bad auch und es gibt eine Badewanne.
Das Zimmer kann bei Bedarf im Dezember frei sein.

I’m currently looking for a new flatmate starting in January!
There is one room available, renting for €300 excluding expenses. We currently pay €100 per person for additional costs, like gas, electricity, water, wifi and GEZ. The gas and water contract is managed by landlord, the rest we are solving by ourselfs, so it would be important that you are open to take responsibility there. However, since the apartment has only been occupied since this year, this amount may change with the first bill in January. The room is unfurnished, but I can leave some furniture if needed.
The kitchen is spacious and includes a dining table, and the bathroom is also large, featuring a bathtub.
The room can be available in December if needed.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe des Klinikums und der THM.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock (deswegen leider nicht barrierefrei) eines Hauses mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen, im Erdgeschoß wohnen drei TUM-Studierende, in einer kleineren Dachgeschosswohnung wohnt ein Paar. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, der gemeinsam benutzt werden kann und in dem auch demnächst gegärtnert wird.
The flat is close to the hospital and the THM.
The flat is on the first floor (unfortunately not wheelchair accessible) of a house with a total of three flats. On the ground floor, there are three TUM students living, and in a smaller attic live a couple. There's a small garden that can be used for everyone and we'll soon start gardening there too.
In der Wohnung wohnen zwei Studierende der TUM: Michael (25 Jahre alt) und Teja (28 Jahre alt). Da Michael vegan und Teja vegetarisch lebt, wird jemand bevorzugt, der kein Fleisch isst. Wir sind jedoch offen, auch Menschen mit einer anderen Ernährungsweise kennenzulernen
Two TUM students live in the apartment: Michael, 25 years old, and Teja, 28 years old. Since Michael is vegan and Teja is vegetarian, we prefer someone who doesn’t eat meat, but we are open to meeting people with different diets.
