Hello! I'm looking for a new roommate for my room in a cozy 3-person shared apartment, available from October onwards for an unlimited rental period. The room, along with the entire apartment, was initially unfurnished. Because of this, I'm hoping to sell all my furniture and various appliances in the room and kitchen to the new tenant. This way, you won't need to bring anything extra.
The apartment is in a fantastic location—just 10 minutes by subway to the central station. There are three subway stations within a 3 to 5-minute walk, and the S-Bahn Nordbahnhof is only 9 minutes away on foot. Plus, Rosensteinpark is just around the corner, a quick 3-minute walk away.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other lovely girls who are currently pursuing their master’s degrees. We would be happy to welcome another female student between 20 and 30 years old, who is friendly, open, and respects the shared apartment lifestyle. We value keeping the apartment clean and organized, and it would be great if you enjoy spending time together as well as respecting each other’s privacy. Hallo! Ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für mein Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 3er-WG, verfügbar ab Oktober mit unbefristetem Mietverhältnis. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Wohnung waren ursprünglich unmöbliert. Daher möchte ich gerne meine Möbel und diverse Geräte im Zimmer und in der Küche an die neue Mitbewohnerin verkaufen. So musst du nichts Zusätzliches mitbringen.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen—nur 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt drei U-Bahn-Stationen, die in 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, und der S-Bahn Nordbahnhof ist nur 9 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem ist der Rosensteinpark direkt um die Ecke, nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Du würdest die Wohnung mit zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen teilen, die aktuell ihr Masterstudium machen. Die Lage der WG ist sehr gut und zentral. Es sind 3-4 Minuten zu 3 U-Bahn-Stationen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 12 Minuten mit der U12 entfernt. Der S-Bahnhof Nordbahnhof ist 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
