Since I make an Erasmus semester over the summer semester (February - June), I want to rent my WG room in the meantime.
The room is about 20 square meters tall and most furniture (bed, sofa, shelves etc.) I will leave in the room. My rest of my stuff comes away, of course. The plants I like to leave :)
We would do the WG casting only in the new year, so sorry if you don't get an answer!

The apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Bad Cannstatts. Shops are almost directly around the corner: The Cannstatter Carré is just 5 minutes walk. There you will find a Müller, Lidl, Kaufland and many other shopping opportunities. Bakeries can be found around the house and to the Aldi and a beverage market it is just a cat jump.
It's not far to the public. The subway is 5 minutes away and to the station in Cannstatt it is 10 minutes walk from where you can get in just 5 minutes in the city:)

There you'll find a Müller, Lidl, Kaufland and many other shopping opportunities. Bakeries can be found around the house and Aldi and a drinks store are just a stone's throw away.
It's not far to public transport either. The subway is 5 minutes away and the train station in Cannstatt is a 10-minute walk, from where you can be in the city in just 5 minutes :)
Nun zu den Mitbewohnerinnen:
Jessi (23) studiert Technische Bio im Master und schreibt ab April ihre Thesis.
Luna (26) ist Fernsehredakteurin, beginnt aber nächstes Jahr ein Studium zur Hebamme.
Ansonsten trifft man sich abends gerne in der Küche, oder auch gerne auf dem Balkon zum Schnacken. Da wir alle viel unterwegs sind, kommt es zurzeit allerdings selten zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten. Das WG-Leben ist von einem entspannten, freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander geprägt.
Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan, der auch super funktioniert.

Now to the roommates:
Jessi (23) is studying for her Master's degree in Technical Biology and will be writing her thesis in April.
Luna (26) is a television editor, but will start studying to become a midwife next year.
Otherwise, we like to meet in the kitchen in the evenings or on the balcony to chat. Since we are all out a lot, we rarely do activities together at the moment. The life in our shared flat is characterized by a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
We also have a cleaning schedule that works great.
Kurz zur Küche: Recht geräumig und bietet viel Platz (auch für mehr als drei Personen). Zugang zum Balkon gibt es auch. Wir sind an Küchenutensilien sehr gut ausgestattet, d.h.: Mikrowelle, Kaffeevollautomat, Spühlmaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Geschirr in Hülle und Fülle, etc..
Vermieter: Sehr unkompliziert und nett. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man kurz eine Email schreiben und erhält innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Antwort und mieterfreundliche Lösungen.

About the kitchen: It is quite spacious and offers plenty of space (even for more than three people). There is also access to the balcony. We are very well equipped with kitchen utensils, i.e.: microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, plenty of dishes, etc.
Landlord: Very uncomplicated and nice. If you have any questions or problems, you can write a quick email and receive an answer and tenant-friendly solutions within a few hours.
