The location
The WG is located in Bad Cannstatt and is well connected to local transport. The metro station Antwerpener Str. is right in front of the front door (U1 and U16) and the S-Bahn station Nuremberger Straße is 8 minutes away with a quick step. There are either 10 min walks or 3 stops by metro. Because we're about. 15min outside the city centre, there are enough parking possibilities in the residential area. For those who also want a little green, the vineyards are about 10 min walk away :)

Die Lage
Die WG liegt in Bad Cannstatt und ist gut an den Nahverkehr angebunden. Die U-Bahn-Station Antwerpener Str. ist direkt vor der Haustüre (U1 und U16) und die S-Bahn-Station Nürnberger Straße ist bei schnellem Schritt 8 min entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es entweder 10 min zu Fuß oder 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn. Da wir ca. 15min außerhalb des Stadtzentrums sind, gibt es in dem Wohngebiet genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Für diejenigen, die auch ein bisschen grün wollen sind die Weinberge ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt :)

About us
We are a colourful mix of three girls and one guy, Lea (26, PhD student), Jasmin (25, architecture student), Jona (28, studies dual), Katharina (27, works). If we do not have any professional obligations, we would like to arrange a joint cooking or a cozy sitting together in our living room. On weekends we also like to go to the city together and enjoy one or other cold drink. But don't worry, if we need some rest, we'll move into our rooms and let the day sound relaxed.
Who we are looking for
You should be between 23 and 30 years old, open and simple. It is important to us that you fit into the WG life and want to spend time with us too – but of course everything relaxes. Cleanliness and order in the WG should be of course.

Über uns
Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus drei Mädels und einem Typen, Lea (26, Doktorandin), Jasmin (25, Architekturstudentin), Jona (28, studiert dual), Katharina (27, arbeitet). Wenn wir keine beruflichen Verpflichtungen haben, verabreden wir uns gerne zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen in unserem Wohnzimmer. An Wochenenden gehen wir auch gerne gemeinsam in die Stadt und gönnen uns das ein oder andere Kaltgetränk. Aber keine Sorge, wenn wir etwas Ruhe brauchen, verziehen wir uns in unseren Zimmern und lassen den Tag entspannt ausklingen.
Wen wir suchen
Du solltest zwischen 23 und 30 Jahre alt sein, offen und unkompliziert. Uns ist wichtig, dass du ins WG-Leben passt und Lust hast, auch mal Zeit mit uns zu verbringen – aber natürlich alles entspannt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der WG sollte selbstverständlich sein.
