Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und freundlich mit einem Fenster und einer Balkontür. Der Balkon gehört zur alleinigen Nutzung dir.
Die Balkonmöbel und die Kleiderschrank bleiben da. Das Bett gehört einem Mitbewohner und kann gerne benutzt werden. Der Schrank kann vom Vormieter gegen 80 € Ablöse übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus wurden komplett saniert und sind auf dem neusten Stand (neue Fenster, Fassade, neues Bad, neue Böden etc.).
Dein neues Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, weiß gestrichen mit Holzboden und mit eigenem Balkon Richtung Hinterhof den nur du alleine nutzen darfst. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und hat Tageslicht.
Unsere Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird - großer Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, Backofen, Küchenausstattung, ...
In der Miete ist soweit alles inbegriffen (Versicherung, Müll, etc). Auf Strom, Gas und Wasser leistest du eine Vorauszahlung (50 €/Monat), am Ende deiner Mietdauer bzw. in regelmäßigen Abständen findet dann eine exakte Abrechnung statt. Eine super schnelle Internetverbindung ist ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten.
