We have two almost identical rooms for rent, one from 1.3. and one from 1.4.
The two bright 17m2 rooms are located in a 6-inch WG with renovated, modern furnished rooms, which go over two floors (OG and DG). Both floors have a daylight bath and a separate toilet. They are located in the OG, where there is also the beautiful white fitted kitchen with dishwasher, which is used as a kitchen, and a large balcony with a dream view of the vineyards. Only kitchen and balcony are also used by the 3 attic.
The furnishing consists of bed (1.40 m), bedside table, dessert lamp, desk lamp, desk, wardrobe, shelf, so you only need to bring your bed linen and other personal well-being dishes and maybe a few kitchen utensils to pull in.
For all, there are 2 washing machines in the basement (included in the flat rate, no coin equipment!), stand for laundry drying, a bicycle cellar and an additional cellar.
Simply top: If you want to live quietly and in the middle of green, but not far from downtown, you are right here.
The house is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the vineyards, near the Neckar and near the stop "Obere Ziegelei" or "Gnesener Straße" (U2 and U19), about 15 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station or City Hall. S2 and S3 (Summerrain stop) or "Nürnberger Straße" are also not far away and are easily accessible by bike, bus or on foot (S-Bahn 5 minutes to main train station).
After Vaihingen (University), you need about 30 minutes. Daimler (10 minutes), Mahle or Bosch are not far.
Good shopping (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl), bank, pharmacy and a super baker around the corner.
By car you reach the B 10, B 14 and B 27 within minutes
You can jogging right around the corner in the vineyards or at the Neckar.

Rico, 25, finished with the master, works as an engineer.
Bea, 27, studied physics and astronomy and found a job in Stuttgart. She likes to spend her free time with friends and in the kitchen with the other roommates.
Anne, 24, does an internship in a practice for orthopaedics and neurosurgery. She likes to go to the gym, cooks and reads.
Matthias, 19, studies dual Elektotechnik.
Til, 21, studies economic engineering in Kassel. Take an internship in Affalterbach near AMG. Plays handball and drives Snowbord (his room is released at 1.4.)
Overall a nice community that likes to spend time together.
In the WG there has always been a can and never a must-will, one sits more often in the kitchen, one or other glass of beer or wine has drunk, cooked together and eaten, played cards, has been together, but it was equally important to have his rest and accept a closed room door.
Definitely no purpose WG. It is most beautiful in summer on our balcony overlooking the vineyards.
We don't have a cleaning mold, but you should know that there's a cleaning plan (and follow it...), how to use a cleaning lobe and occasionally grab a broom, because there's an interest in all finding a clean apartment.
If you want to live in the middle of the city, just celebrate party or just fall in front of the house from a pub to the other, it's not in the square. Here they feel comfortable, who want to live close to town but quiet and enjoy high recreational value. There's nothing more beautiful than coming home to get the sports clothes out and go away from the house in the green jogging. You don't often find such a situation.
In the stated costs, apart from internet and GEZ everything is inclusive. There are still 15 euros for this. So 610 euros.
