Hello, my room will be free from 15.02 in our WG in Bad Cannstatt :)
The room has about 16 m2 and is very spacious. A lot of light comes into the room through two large windows and you also have a view of the Wilhelma :D.
I'd like to leave the closet and a shelf here for a small detachment. You can look at it on site and decide whether you want to take it :)
The WG is located in 4. The floor of a multi-family house located right next to Wilhelma and Wizemann. In addition, the Rosensteinpark is nearby and offers the great opportunity to go to the green even if you are after. The underground stop "Glockenstraße" is 2 min and the "Rosensteinbrücke" is about 10min. With the subway you need about 5min to Wilhelmsplatz, where you can also find all shops of daily need. On foot it is in the Canstatter Altstadt approx. 10-15 minutes.
To the apartment itself you can say: approx. 120sqm, with a newly renovated bathroom, seperatem WC, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen table and an adjoining balcony or Winter garden, which is very cozy. In principle, everything is in the WG. We also have a separate laundry room in which our washing machine and clothes rack are standing.
The WG currently consists of Jonah (Kaufmann), Franzi (Studiert Papierrestaurierung), Anna-Carla (Studiert Interior Architecture), Inga (Papier Restaurierung), Lars (Electric Technology Student) and me Benni (Planning and Participation)
Our WG works freely according to the motto "everything can, nothing must!" - but we still have a cleaning plan;) We are a rather relaxed bunch where it usually goes relatively quietly. Sometimes we sit in the kitchen at dinner or have a beer or a glass of wine. So that means, whoever wants to withdraw has his rest and whoever wants society will come to his expense.
We would like to have an open-minded and friendly roommate who is relaxed and is happy to join the WG life.
