In our beautiful old building in Bad Cannstatt becomes 15. December a room free. The furniture is not taken over, so you can bring your own stuff. The whole apartment is quiet, as there is basically little happening in the side street.
In addition to the four living rooms there is another 16m2 living room with smart TV and sofa, a large hallway, a storage room, separate bathroom and toilet, a large kitchen, pantry, two cellar rooms and our small wonderful loggia....
The house is located in a quiet residential area very close to the shopping center Cannstatter Carré (2 min walk) and the Cannstatter railway station (7 min walk). In the Carré there is a baker, butcher, Müller, Kaufland, Lidl, pharmacies, and everything else you need. In addition to the Carré there are other shopping facilities, small shops, cafes and snacks. If this is not enough, you will be in the city centre within a few minutes. A few steps away are underground stations Uff-Kirchhof and Bad Cannstatt-Wilhelmsplatz. The S1, S2 and S3 also drive from the Cannstatt station.
Besides, the area is very green, which we find great. The spa park, the castle park, the Rosensteinpark and the city beach are right around the corner. Also the Neckar can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, which is interesting for Jogger or Inline Skater 😉
You can park in the residential area with a resident parking card. You can apply for this online for almost 30€ a year. Sometimes you turn one, two rounds, but actually you always find something.
In the WG, Lisa (30, social worker, decoration expert, inline skater and plant lover), Robin (27, right-winger, cyclist and tree expert) and Johannes (32, doctor, sports friend, are still natural and can be rested from nothing). Even though it is difficult, our period of study is unfortunately behind us, that is to say under the week we are getting a little calmer. What does not rule out that you drink wine or beer together in the evening and fried on the loggia or in the living room.
As future roommates, we would like you to be working or in a similar period of life. Likewise, you should also like to participate in the WG life and not just be aligned with one another. That would not be in our sense. We don't spend every free minute with each other, but we're not a purpose WG.
We want to get to know you, like to tell us a few sentences about you. What are you doing in Stuttgart? What's going on? What can't you do? What WG experience do you bring?
In the kitchen there are almost everything you need: toaster, microwave, oven, electric stove, two refrigerators, iceboxes, stirrers, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen machine (so called this? :D), washing machine and definitely more what we have just forgotten.
There are too many storage options. We have two cellar compartments, a storage room and a storage room in the apartment. There you can take a lot. Behind the house is a small farm that can be used.
