I rent my room for one semester.
The room is about 20 m2, furnished and very cozy. It is very bright through a large window and offers plenty of daylight.
In the room there is a practical L-shaped desk combination, a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe with six doors and a shelf with a 55-inch TV.
The room is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
So in the room you have everything you need.
Apartment
We have a toilet separated from the bathroom with a bathtub.
We also share the kitchen.
The location is perfect. The apartment is not in the middle of the city but everything is within a few minutes.
The Degerloch underground station is 3 minutes walk away, and the Gearbox 5 minutes and the bus station is also 3 minutes away.
e.g. Schlossplatz-10 minutes
Main station 15 minutes
In addition, an Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Biomarkt, dm, Tedi, Tschibo, flower market is also within 3-6 minutes walking distance.
WG life
Two other architecture students live with you.(Beide mega Sweet and helpful)
We always like to cook together, make music or movie and winenights.
Depending on how it suits you, we can celebrate or just eat an ice cream.
We are very interested in architecture, design and music but are also open to new ones!
Of course, we always ensure that the apartment remains clean, so we also have a cleaning plan and the week. But sometimes it can happen that someone does not have time and then takes someone else for the week. This is always the same with time.
Both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, everyone has their compartment.
We have a washing machine in the basement and also a washing machine in the kitchen.
