Das Zimmer ist möbliert und enthält alles, was man braucht. Wir verfügen über ein gemeinschaftliches Bad und eine Küche mit Ceranfeld, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Da wir sehr gerne kochen, haben wir die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Zusätzlich haben wir einen privaten Keller mit Waschmaschine und Platz für Fahrräder sowie einen Dachboden mit Wäscheständer. Winterdienst und Kehrwoche wird vom Hausmeisterservice erledigt.

Wenn der Tag lang war oder du einfach keine Lust hast, ist das auch völlig in Ordnung. Wir gehen auch gerne feiern (Jan: Techno, Vincent: Alles) und kümmern uns im Sommer um die Pflanzen auf dem Balkon. Vincent wohnt mittlerweile seit 7 Jahren in der Wohnung, Jan seit 5. Seitdem gab es immer wieder verschiedene Mitbewohner und Untermieter, die für ein Praktikum oder Studium ein und ausgezogen sind, mit den meisten haben wir immer noch Kontakt.
