Hello, nice to have found us!
We are looking for you if you like to live with several families and like for a long-term relationship.
We offer a bright and cozy room from February 2025. The room has two windows, south and west.
Our apartment extends over two floors and offers plenty of space. On the first floor is the spacious living and dining room with a beautiful 8 m2 balcony, on which many flowers grow and the sun shines. From here we have a look at the neighboring garden that we can also use. A special highlight: the squirrels and various birds that regularly catch us from the tree.
IMPORTANT: The room sizes are added with your share in the common living and dining room! The parking space of the rooms is almost 10m2.
The kitchen on the first floor is well equipped and offers plenty of storage space. Here you will find everything you need for cooking, eating, rinsing and storage. The new coffee machine from Fabian is particularly noteworthy! A small pull-out table and 1-2 stools invite you to a quick breakfast in the kitchen. Also on this floor are a guest toilet and a bedroom where we are currently sleeping with our child. The floors within the apartment are well soundproofed, so quiet nights are taken care of.
On the second floor there is the free room, the room of the second family - Catalin, Marvin and Milou (3j.), another bedroom/working room, a separate toilet and a daylight bath. Under the roof we have a small guest, hobby or playroom and an attic for dry laundry. In the basement there is a washing machine available and we also have a vault cellar and a place for bicycles behind the house.

The house is in an aerial road, that is, there is hardly any traffic, at night when the window is open, you hear absolute silence - until the birds are swung again:)
In the south direction is the garden which is maintained by the landlord and at the same time neighbor. There lives a squirrel Famillie and there are many birds flying and the sun shines from 7h to 16h.
You can reach the underground station in 15 minutes in Stuttgart's centre and with 2 underground stations you can reach the S-Bahn station Feuerbach. The U Bahn also runs directly to the airport and the fair. So well connected to the rest of the world!

Herzlich willkommen in unserer WG! 👋 Wir sind eine gemütliche WG und genießen die gemeinsame Zeit, bei Begegnungen in der Küche, im schönen Wohn- und Esszimmer oder auf dem wundervollen Süd-Balkon. Wir wohnen seit 3 Jahren gerne zusammen, die zweite Familie seit Sommer 2024. Wenn es geht, verbringen wir Zeit miteinander, wir sind jedoch berufstätig bzw. Im Studium, so dass wir auch immer Verständnis haben, wenn es zeitlich nicht klappt.
Wir wohnen zu siebt, bzw. zu sechst, da wir im Juni 2022 ein Kind in der Wohnung bekommen haben und seit September 2024 mit einer weiteren Familie zusammenwohnen.
Es sind also Du, Catalin (24) und Marvin (24) + Milou (3), Josephine (34) und Fabian (42) + Charlie (2).
Wir, Josephine und Fabian, sind beide selbstständig und daher tagsüber auch mal im Home-Office und für gemeinsamen Austausch zum Mittag oder im Päuschen gern zu haben. An anderen Tagen ist Josephine als Trainerin für Kommunikations- und Demokratie-Themen im Einsatz und Fabian baut gerade ein eigenes Unternehmen auf als Game-Producer. Wir tanzen gern - auch mal spontan im Wohnzimmer zu playlists von "ecstatic dance" - sonst Tango, Salsa, contact improvisation... Und singen und musizieren gern, aber gerade nirgendwo professionell. Fabians Beruf bringt große Bereitschaft, Filme zu gucken, mit sich. Er bäckt auch gern selbst zum Beispiel Brot.
Marvin ist Musiker und Catalin studiert Ernährunhswissenschaften. Die Kinder verstehen sich Superintendent spielen viel im gemeinsamen Raum.
Wir wollten bewusst nicht nur zu zu zweit - oder mit Kind allein wohnen, weil wir uns und auch unserem Sohn Austausch mit verschiedenen Menschen wünschen: mal von was anderem erfahren, sich gegenseitig bereichern, zusammen kochen, essen, feiern, Balkon bepflanzen...
Charlie ist von 8:15Uhr bis nachmittgas 15 Uhr in der Kita und schläft meist so gegen 21 Uhr.
Das Leben mit Charlie lässt sich gut und schön leben! Er freut sich meistens über seine lieb gewonnen Mitbewohne*innen und Besuche und gemeinsames Spiel, akzeptiert aber auch immer, wenn man gerade zu tun hat und nicht kann. Er isst gemeinsam am Tisch viel lieber, als allein und heitert einem die Laune auf - gerade mit seinen ersten Worten und vielen quatschigen Ideen! :)
Wir teilen einen Teil des Essens, die Räume und das Putzen und freie Zeit, wann immer es geht.
Wir teilen uns eine Gemüsekiste von SoLaWiS innerhalb der WG, hier kannst du dich bei Interesse gerne beteiligen.
