Hello dear apartment seeker,
from March my beautiful and bright room will be free in the Feuerbacher Mitte.
The room is about 13m2 and is equipped with a bed, a desk with a writing chair, a wardrobe and a dresser. So everything is in it, except for a mattress and a night table. Through the two roof windows and a third, smaller window comes a lot of light into the room.
Even at the price: the 385€ includes everything (so also WLAN etc - additional cost package, only GEZ is extra).
Other rooms in our cozy apartment:
- Large living room with dining table and couch and TV
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath/shower)
- large roof terrace (was recently renovated)
- Kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine and 2 refrigerators.
The nearest underground station (Wilhelm-Geiger Platz) is a 5-minute walk away. The main train station is 10 minutes away. To the Feuerbacher Bahnhof (S-Bahn) you need about 8 minutes walk. It takes about 6 minutes to the city. We live very centrally in Feuerbach and have everything you need in walking distance (e.g. E-Center, dm, Aldi, Lidl, Post, Bank, ...). The beautiful Killesberg is also 363 steps away from us - no joke, has already been counted. If you need a forest for sports activities or recreation, you can walk there in about 10 minutes.
Your new potential roommates are:
Clair (25) likes to eat (but doesn't cook) and likes to sleep, lets you like to go drift and drink coffee. In order to get enough movement in, she also likes to go on and on techno fiction.
NEBENBEI (“life is too short to be stressed 24/7”) is in the Volontariat and learns press and public relations there.
Lena (24) 24/7 stressed, likes to travel and likes to do things but also Netflixactive. You like sports. artistically active (studies architecture), dances and cooks (mostly with others).
Steffi (26) has recently joined our WG. Psychotherapist in the internship, well-launched dance mouse and likes to climb.
Andy (25) is independent in the creative industry and has made extroverted hobbies such as skating and music. He also has a dog, so you shouldn't have any problems with it. If you have read until here, please set a dog Emoji at the beginning of your message.
We are not a purpose WG and often sit together in the living room, on the roof terrace or go together. But it is very unavoidable and spontaneous.
With 5 people, order is very important. That's why cleanliness shouldn't be a foreign word.
