Zur Vergabe steht das große 17, 2 qm Zimmer. Es ist gut geschnitten und möbeliert. Die Ausstattung besteht aus einen Bett, einen Schrank, einen Tisch sowie einen Regal. Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es an Tagen sehr hell. Da es sich bei den Haus um einen Altbau handelt, sind die Decken sehr hoch.
Die Wohnung würde in März renoviert, hat somit eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad. Zudem gibt es einen Garten, den wir uns mit 2 anderne WGs teilen.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten bereits Strom, Heizung und WLAN. Somit kommen keine weiteren versteckten Kosten auf dich zu :)

Das Haus befindet sich Zentral in Stuttgart Hedelfingen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar (Die U-Bahn Haltestelle "Hedelfingen"). Zudem haben wir in der unmittelbaren Nähe viele Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Z. B Penny, Lidl, Rewe, Müller usw. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man mit U9 in 20 Minuten.

Da unsere Mitbewohner auszieht suchen wir momentan die 4te Person in Bunde :)
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG und unterhalten uns gerne in unserer großen Küche, die uns als Gemeinschaftsraum dient, oder unternehmen ab und zu was zusammen. Besonders wichtig erscheint uns, dass unser*e Mitbewohner*in tolerant und freundlich ist. Offene Kommunikation von Problemen ist für uns essenziell.
