Hello new roommate,
We offer a spacious WG room with about 16 square meters in a 3 WG. With two large windows, the room offers a great view of a quiet playground, surrounded by greenery – almost like an own forest right in front of the door!
Room 4 (see plan) could be yours!
The apartment has a balcony and a large, well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. There is also a spacious basement with dryer and a bicycle storage area (but I have always parked my bike in the courtyard).
Since the room does not have its own heating, it is mandatory to take over the electric heater for 100 euros.
In addition, I sell some furniture that can be taken over:
High quality solid wood cabinet with mirror: 200 Euro
Bed incl. new and barely used mattress and mattress rust: 100 Euro (140x200cm) or without mattress 60 Euro
Black commode: 50 Euro
Small sofa: 50 Euro

The apartment is located on the first floor in a WG house. So many young people live in the house, so far we have never had a problem with noise. There are two underground stations nearby (Bopser and Austrian Square) and a bus stop is just 100 meters away. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Rewe and Tegut are within 5-10 minutes walk. In the middle of town you can walk in just 15 minutes.
In addition, the tea house and Bopser Wald are 15 minutes walk and the Karlovy Vary (+Biergarten) is 25 minutes away.
In the WG I live, Marcel, (my friend is often visited) and Christian, who lives rarely present and rather withdrawn. Marcel has a loving, playful dog that enriches the atmosphere.
We are open people who are always to have for WG evenings (such as bed games, common dinners, common beer).
We are all employed, so "Professional WG" noted in ad. We are, of course, open to students / trainees.
Shortly to the dog: Sheik is almost 3 years old, so still very playful. He's absolutely tame, bites and doesn't bark.
Electricity and gas costs are included in the house as a flat rate in the additional costs (55eur).
Wlan can be used for 15eur (the contract will be more expensive next year)
Equipment (dryer; dryer; 2nd refrigerator; Washing machine) are brought to the apartment by Marcel and can be used for small participation.
There is no main tenant inside the WG, but a home owner who rents all rooms individually. For the final rental contract, you will need to have the required documents for a viewing date.
The cancellation period of the apartment is generally set to 3-months, but you can cancel at any time with the renter found.
